Well worth the price.Posted Oct 31, 2014
Pros: Clean rooms and free parking for a good price.
Cons: Would be nice to have a hidef TV signal.
Location: Easy drive right to the crooked part of Lombard Street. Quick drive to Fort Point and its spectacular views of the Golden Gate Bridge.
I had a room with a king and my sister and niece had a room with two queens. The lady at check in was REALLY nice and made sure to put us only one room apart. Our rooms were very clean. We had refrigerators and microwaves as well. The beds were quite comfortable, as were the pillows. The street noise was loud and constant. But it didn't bother me or my sister. Treated it like white noise. We were happy to have the free parking. We quickly discovered that the spots in the back of the motel were best. We might have gotten lucky with our room assignments. But at the moment I have no trouble recommending this motel as a good value for the price.

Great place for pricePosted Oct 27, 2014
We had an alley facing room #330. It was super clean and fairly quiet. We had only a 10 minute walk to Mason Center. Beds were comfortable. Coffee, fridge, microwave, blow dryer, iron and ironing board in room. Room was small and decor from 90's but like I said it was clean and comfy. I almost forgot to mention free parking!

Nice neighborhoodPosted Oct 21, 2014
Pros: The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Ricardo was a great help and wealth of information. The breakfast was sufficient. Room clean.
Cons: Hotel could use some remodeling. It would be nice to have a room for breakfast so you don't have to take the food to your room.
Location: About 20 min walk to Warf area and cable car stop. . Union St. close by which has shops and restaurants. Bus stop for tour bus 1 block away.
Hotel located about 20 min. walk to Warf area and Cable car station. Easy walk to Union St with shops and restaurants. I felt it was a safe area for walking around at night. Hotel is located on busy road.

Excellent location and reasonable place to stayPosted Oct 15, 2014
Definitely not fancy but very well located and the free parking is the deal clincher. Room was spacious but shabby. If that matters to you, stay elsewhere. I really liked it here because it's so convenient and the staff are really helpful and friendly. I'd stay again particularly if I had a car to park.

Expensive but Clean and ClosePosted Sep 23, 2014
Pros: Close to where we were going, and friendly staff
Location: Grabbed a cab to meet family at Cioppino's Restaurant. Really close to Cow Hollow, Union St and other cool spots. Oh, and Fisherman's Wharf.
The room was expensive for what it was...and in a motel. But the room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast had a great selection of eats, but instant coffee! Bleh! Old elevator was amusing (carpeted walls, pull-open door--OLD) but operational. (Well, until someone left it open on one of the floors, so we couldn't use it.
