Great location

Posted Apr 24, 2015
Nice hotel in a great location. Room was small and bathroom very small. In room was 2 bottles of still water I thought this would have been complimentary as room cost was high but charged $5. No milk for coffee and no tea making facilities. Would stay again but not my favorite.

Cute boutique hotel right in Union Square

Posted Apr 9, 2015
Location: Bread and cocoa have great breakfast options and is right downstairs. There is a Dry Bar across the way if you wanted a blow out.
I stayed here recently for 5 nights for a work trip. It is such a cute boutique hotel! The staff is warm and accommodating and the room while small were cozy. I have a huge issue trying to sleep on hotel beds because of the pillows and well who doesn't sleep their best at home. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. I slept without any problems which is huge for me. They have complimentary wine hour at 5:30 which I always meant to go to but didn't but loved that they had this option for guests. The lobby was warm and inviting and its right in the heart of downtown which to walk right out of the hotel and walk to work was key. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing hotel at a perfect price

Posted Apr 9, 2015
Greeted with a bottle of wine thanks to Expedia+ and the hotel's VIP status. This place was a great experience for a great price with walking distance to Japantown, Chinatown and of course, work.

Excellent!

Great location! Comfortable updated rooms. Within walking distance to Chinatown and Union Square- down a couple of blocks from major transportation. AND a complimentary wine hour every evening! Why would we stay anywhere else? Love Galleria Park!

Great hotel, perfect location

Posted Apr 7, 2015
Pros: Stylish hotel, great location. 2 min. walk to Market Street, Muni transit, BART train; 5 mins to Union Square and shopping; 15 minutes
Cons: Wi-Fi should be free as advertised, or change advertisement to reflect actual cost.
Location: This hotel is a 2 min. walk to Market Street, Muni transit, BART train; 5 mins. to Union Square and shopping; 15 min. walk to Ferry Building.
This hotel is so chic, and is perfectly located for everything in San Fran! To start, they let me check in at 10:30 am when I arrived at the hotel after my morning flight (my room was ready). This was so helpful. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. They made many great recommendations for sights, transit, restaurants, etc. They have great maps for guests. The room is on the small side but was perfect for me - I was travelling solo. The entire hotel was well-decorated. Wine hour was a blast. My room and bathroom were so great, sometimes it was hard to leave! Staying at a boutique hotel is also much nicer than a large hotel. This hotel is quiet and you feel much more welcomed here. One thing I will note - both Expedia and the direct hotel website advertise complimentary Wi-Fi, when in fact only the first day is free. After that, the hotel notes that you will pay $8/day, and when you connect to wi-fi it advertises $9.95. That was a disappointment.

Great hotel, great location, super friendly staff

Posted Mar 31, 2015
Pros: We liked the staff and stay. Comforting.
Cons: Breakfast could have actual food and not just tea/coffee.
Location: Nearby Chinatown, 24 Hour Fitness Active, NorthBeach and if you like walking you could walk to the Fisherman's Wharf.
We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. It was walking distance to a 24 hour fitness active, and a great breakfast cafe right around the corner. The only disappointing thing was that their "continental breakfast" was literally just tea and coffee which was great but we were expecting a bit more food. Other than that, everything else was awesome! Friendly staff, great location to everything (esp. if you like walking), and and the interior design is wonderful. We would come back again.

"Enjoyed my Stay at the Galleria Park".

Posted Mar 25, 2015
Pros: The environmental practices regarding bed linen and the provision of re-cycling bins in the room and bathroom were very pleasing to me.
Cons: A new mini fridge in my particular room(716) would be helpful for future guests.
Location: The hotel is situated in the financial area and is only a couple of blocks away from the Montgomery St. BART and MUNI station and F-Line Street Cars.
Check in at the Galleria Park was quick and hassle free.My room was on the 7th floor and was very quiet, which I requested at booking. The room consisted of a queen sized bed,Wide screen TV,Mini fridge,Tea/Coffee making facility,In-Room Safe,Iron and Board and free WiFi.Although the small fridge was quite noisy at night when the thermostat kicked in it did'nt stop me getting a decent sleep. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The Bathroom was a good size with a walk in shower and a plentiful supply of clean, fresh towels and toiletries.Staff were very friendly and always helpful. If you did'nt have your bed linen changed daily you received a complimentary bottle of water,a nice green touch, which I am all for.I enjoyed my stay at the Galleria Park Hotel and would definitely recommend.
