Pros: Nothing
Cons: Put in a clean sheet for a change
The room was large enough for two but two issues with this place. The AC was not working so in order to get fresh air I had to open the window (which face the busy street).. The sheet was filthy...Stain almost half of the king bed...it was disgusting!!!!

Room Given Away

Posted Jul 18, 2014
Our flight was late getting into SFO due to weather delays. We arrived at the hotel to find that the employee on duty had given our room to someone else even though our reservation stated that it was guaranteed for late arrival. He was able to find another room but didn't tell us before we went upstairs that it only had 1 bed; it was supposed to have 1 bed and 1 sofa bed to sleep 2 adults and 2 children. It was late and we were exhausted so we made do.

Just Adequate for one night stopover

Posted Jun 29, 2014
Pros: The price
Location: Busy highway and we did not look for any restaurant or such because we arrived there late.
We had to overnight in SFO and booked this hotel via Internet. The hotel is somewhat dated but adequate. We had to wait for almost an hour for the shuttle. The room was a decent size and clean. However the bolt lock on the door did not work. The surroundings are not very appealing. The return shuttle to the airport was on time and the driver very pleasant.

Nice hotel--staff wonderful!

Posted Jun 27, 2014
Cons: The breakfast offering could be more varied.
We had to be rerouted, and so our flight into SFO came in about an hour later than anticipated. We did not know that the shuttle service cuts off at 12:30 a.m., and so we had to get a cab. However when we finally arrived at the hotel (past 2:00 a.m.) Amelia, at the front desk, was very gracious and helpful. The breakfast faire left a little to be desired. I thought that some English muffins or bagels, in addition to the bread would have been nice. The room was clean and neat. Overall, I would go back and stay again.

Close to airport, airport and hotel noise

Posted Jun 26, 2014
Pros: Staff is friendly and helpful.
We had an overnight layover so selected a hotel close to the airport. The hotel is OK, but I didn't find it as clean as I would of liked (hair in the shower, hair in the clean towel when I unfolded it). There is a fair amount of airport noise, expected of course, but also noise from the hallway and other rooms. We may have been extra sensitive to the noise, as we were coming from an isolated island with no noise for several weeks.

Easy for SFO flights

Posted Jun 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
I've stayed twice when flying out of SFO - wanting to stay over the night before an early departure and leave my car somewhere safe. Pros: easy to get to, free shuttle to airport and back, covered parking for my car, simple but adequate accommodations. Cons: Rough part of town to get dinner the night before (maybe I just didn't know where to go), bit of a wait for the shuttle since they share with several other hotels

Stayed here for one night before catching a plane from sfo. Friendly front desk lady .. room fine .. bed comfortable .. shuttle showed up on time and got to airport with no problems. Nothing much around in walking distance but there are some cheap restaurants if yojre hungry.

Loud road noise

Posted Jun 11, 2014
Pros: Free airport to hotel transfer shuttle.
Cons: Better exterior sound insulation on rooms adjacent to El Camino Real road.
In most other aspects the hotel was satisfactory. Clean, decently decorated, and nice staff for a 2 star hotel. However, being in room 207 and in very close proximity to El Camino Real road; I received little sleep at night. There appeared to be little to no sound insulation on the windows or wall. I heard every vehicle that passed, even the ones that generated road noise from the tires. I would expect that any room in the range #00 - #09 (where # is 2, 3, 4, etc.) would experience the same noise issues. Try to get a room outside these numbers for a better nights rest. Also, the continental breakfast probably should be called a snack. It consisted of orange juice (more orange flavored drink), two types of cereal: raisin brand and corn flakes, white bread, wheat bread, coffee, and some packaged sugary pastries. It was better than nothing, and I did enjoy the drink and wheat toast. The shuttle was prompt and quick for hotel transfers. The shuttle is shared with other hotels in the area. Oh, and although the website doesn't mention it, there is a computer and printer in the lobby if you need to print directions or flight boarding passes. WiFi signal was good.

I would not recommend this unless you are looking for a quick overnight stay and need lodging close to the airport. They have a free airport shuttle service, so that helps. But, an extra 20 bucks will give you a much better stay elsewhere. The sheets were dirty and the rest of the room did not inspire confidence. The breakfast spread is limited and gets over before all the guests have a chance to get over to the breakfast area.

Nice Hotel

We stayed here overnight before catching an early flight home. Well-run hotel; clean rooms, walking distance to local restaurants. Hotel manager was attentive and friendly.
