Nice room and view if the pool area.

We spent only a few hours there traveling from point A to point B so not much to say aside from it was a clean room with wi if and television and a small but clean restroom and comfy bed.

Great! Super comfort and clean rooms! The location is also nice and the stuff really friendly! Also provides us cable tv and wi fi connection included to the price. Quite close also to the redwood city downtown where the train station is

A good hotel for the price.

Pros: The staff.
Cons: It's ready for a remodel, but if/when that is done the prices will likely go up, too.
Location: The old town area and the 101 are both easily accessible.
This is a two-star hotel, and if you go in expecting that you'll have a nice stay. The staff is great, and the condition of the hotel is fine. My curtain wouldn't open and close correctly when I first got to my room. I called the front desk, and within five minutes a staff member arrived and fixed it immediately. All-in-all, it's good for a two-star hotel.

good, easy to go sfo, stanford, san francisco. free parking. bathroom door not in good condition.

I usually get a decent. Room but this time i was by the entrance door 151. Not one of the best it was noisy and the carpet was bad needs some major improvements. But staff was very accommodating and friendly not 5stars but 3 is good.

the hotel is old and in need of renovations

Pros: The front desk staff
Cons: see above......also the cleaning staff barly spoke English
The hotel front desk staff was excellent!! the rooms are old and in need of renovation...carpet was worn and dirty....handicap bath had exposed light bulb & rail on one side needed fixing......loved the shower head however...they never did clean the tub the whole time I was there....there were 2 days when they didn't even bother to make the bed or take out the dirty towels....people above me got into a fight every nite and sounded like they were throwing each other around....I was unfamiliar with the area.....was visiting someone at Stanford University Medical Center in Palo Alto...

It should cost less for the type of place it is with wallpaper coming off and uncomfortable beds
