SF Giants GamePosted Jul 1, 2015
Cons: Parking was a bit of a problem out front of the hotel. This made for getting our car an issue.
The location of this hotel is excellent for attending a SF Giants game. Although we had a parking pass we opted to walk to the stadium. Good decision. After the game the crowd was huge and we simply walked back to the bar in our hotel and had a nightcap.

Fancy hotel near Union SquarePosted Jun 23, 2015
Good experience overall. Wish parking was included or less expensive but that is what the rates are in this big city. The beds were to soft for me. But otherwise all was good.

Beautiful San franciscoPosted Jun 11, 2015
Pros: The location.
Cons: Shower drainage
Location: Close to cable cars . Nice restaurants and shopping area.
Hotel was ok. Walking distance to union square shopping area. But my problem was the tub did not drain well when taking a shower. Our room was on 14th floor and on our last night at 2.30 am woke me up the cars honking their horns and very loud people coming out from bars cin the area closing at that time. At least that is what the front office clerk told me when i inquiry about the noise . I got concerned when i heard the noise and did not know why all that noise at 2.30 am.

NicePosted Jun 9, 2015
Pros: Nice in room coffee. Good location Helpful staff
Cons: Rickety ironing board. Room could be a little nicer looking for price.
Location: Very close to many shops and restaurants. Lefty O'Doul's restaurant on Geary Street did a great breakfast. Great market at Pier 1.
On first impression the room was quite plain which was a bit disappointing given it was the most expensive of the 4 hotels we had booked our our 2 week stay in the US. However it did have everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable and rooms very clean. Good location. A lot of building work were taking place in front of the hotel but good double gazing and silicone earplugs blocked most of it out. I gather these works have been going on for quite a while. We had a good view out of our window- Macy's was just opposite. Very nice coffee supplied in room. Hairdryer good & powerful. Breakfast quite good but expensive. Fridge available which was good and it wasn't rammed with bar items either which pleased us. Service very good.

An experience worth it.Posted Jun 8, 2015
Pros: It was classy, clean and conviently located to shopping. Dining and whatever else you can think of.
Cons: I can't think of anything.
Location: There is a ton of things to do in walking distance
From the very moment we pulled up in the car. The outside porter was right there ready to assist. Showed me where the parking was which was right across the street. We got there a little early they accommodated us with a room right away. The room was very nice and clean. In the evening we went to the restaurant and bar in the hotel it was very chic we were well taken care of very friendly staff. The next morning we had breakfast there the waiter was totally awesome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It's in the heart of Union Square close to shopping and Moscone Center.

Great location, excellent staff!Posted Jun 7, 2015
Pros: The staff, the location, the breakfasts, the cleanliness.
Cons: The dark carpet shows dust near the windows.
Location: Very close to tour buses, other hotels, shopping....
First time in San Francisco and were wonderfully pleased with the hotel and staff. The concierge, desk clerks, doormen and especially housekeeping showed genuine interest in our well-being and comfort. Our room was clean and had all the amenities if a bit small. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Construction in the areaPosted Jun 5, 2015
Pros: High up the view was great and the rooms are very spacious and clean
Cons: get the homeless people off the streets not something the hotel can do however you have to stop giving them money as it is growing in population.
Location: Lots of shopping and business meetings. Love the walking to get to where you need however again to many homeless people. Not family oriented.
You will be provided ear plugs however if you are high up you have a great view and nice rooms. The noise was ongoing for most of the day so if you are on the lower levels that might be an issue. Great location just don't walk alone at night in the streets. To many homeless people.
