Clean & cozyPosted Jan 25, 2014
Pros: bed & pillow
Location: the location is not as convenient, no good restaurant in walking distance, no convenient store near by.
everything is good with the hotel, clean, cozy, and friendly. The bed and pillow is so comfortable. My only complaint is that there's no good restaurant around in walking distance, actually literary no restaurant around except the one next by at Embassy Suites Hotel, unfortunately the food is not that good at all. Morning breakfast has almost everything except oatmeal.

Hampton Inn So. SF by airportPosted Dec 26, 2013
Pros: Just about everything
I can usually count on a Hampton Inn for a comfortable stay and the breakfast is really above and beyond what they have to do. I would stay in this one again for sure.

Park your car here while your on your tripPosted Dec 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
This Hampton Inn was wonderful, with two exceptions. The shuttle bus took way too long to arrive at the airport, after I called the hotel to tell them we had arrived from France. We were very tired, but had to wait at least 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Also, after we arrived at the hotel, the wine and snack bar served cheese sandwiches - bread ENDS ("heels" in mid-western language) of the bread loaf! I wouldn't serve such things to my family, let alone to guests! Very tacky.

Close to SFO airport, with timely shuttles.Posted Nov 19, 2013
The bed was VERY comfortable, with quality linens and no germy bedspread. Great full breakfast bar. Tea and coffee and fresh fruit available 24/7. Timely shuttle runs regulary. Long term parking in their parking lot.

Bad customer service.Posted Nov 15, 2013
Pros: After the way I was treated there is nothing to like..
Cons: Customer service!!
Location: Nice secluded location.
After going sight seeing I wanted to go back to my room take a nice hot shower and relax. When I returned to my room I discovered that the room had not been and there was not any clean towels. I called the front desk only to ask for towels I received the worst customer service ever! The lady was rude and very short with me. I told her my problem and her comment was, "we'll all of housekeeping is gone for the night so what do you want me to do about it?" I replied "well if you give me a refund I'll leave and you or I will not have to deal with this situation anymore. After waiting about 1 hour, my girlfriend went down to get towels and the lady continued to harass us by saying "tell your husband to call the front desk to let me know if you guys are leaving". I ask you is this the type of treatment I would have received if I was white? I hate to use the race card but that's all I can come up with why she treated us so bad. I called the district manager and made a big complaint and I am going to follow up on it Monday!!
