Good for short stay.Posted Nov 23, 2014
Pros: The staff
Cons: plumbing in bathrooms and parking
Hotel was close to most attractions and was kept clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was fine for us enough to keep you going for the day. The only problems i had was the toilet was making weird noises that would keep you up at night and there were some outside noises that would wake you up at times but that is out of their control. Parking can be an issue at times as well. Definitely not enough for the amount of rooms they have. I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone who is here for a short stay and does not want to pay the high prices to stay closer to San Francisco

Really nice hotel...Posted Nov 18, 2014
Accommodations were clean comfortable well kept. Nice breakfast every morning. The staff was very professional, helpful & courteous. Nice walk to BART, about 1 mile. Wouldn't walk at night though. Would absolutely stay again.

Rooms are nice But first impressions might not bePosted Nov 10, 2014
Pros: The Room and proximity to SFSU
Cons: Hallway and lobby carpeting, Lower access door from parking operation was very cumbersome
My first impression was not good. The carpet in the hallways looked very worn and it is clearly and older hotel that has had some renovation. The area is also not that nice. However, The rooms were renovated and were very nice with good beds etc. This hotel is also close to San Francisco State University (where I was going) and it is really one of the few hotels near there. Overall I would stay there again.

close to SF zoo & beachPosted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: Near beach. Small restaurants near by (sorta). Zoo & Transportation nearby.
Reservations were hard to confirm. On a one to ten scale, Hotel was a 4. Contential breakfast was a poor 3. bad coffee. very pour quality. Disappointing for the price.

Super convenient SF stay with free parkingPosted Sep 30, 2014
I liked the location of the hotel - it was very close to SF downtown (10-15min), there is lot of shopping and food nearby (Krispy Kreme, Rubio's, Jumba Juice, IHOP..,). The hotel itself is nice and clean but nothing spectacular.

Worth the valuePosted Aug 26, 2014
Cons: Vending machines refused to accept quarters and ate our dollar bills when we tried to buy water. Ended up with Coke instead :l
Location: Located close to Colma BART Station. In-n-out and Krispy Kreme a short distance away. Chase Bank just next door. Serramonte Shopping Center nearby.
Stayed here for a week with my mom before starting college at SFSU, which is close by. Was not surprised to find many other college students from out of town and their families checking in here as well. Even got to know a guy from Brazil who was headed for orientation the same day I was! Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Room was really comfortable and there was a great selection of channels on the HUGE LCD tv. Bathroom was fully restocked every night we got back to the room. Reception staff and housekeeping were friendly and efficient. Continental breakfast was decent for well... continental breakfast (I was impressed by the variety of choices - savory dishes, pastries, fruit and yogurt etc. There even was a DIY waffle/pancake station!). My mom was especially pleased by the fully stocked (and complimentary) coffee and tea/hot chocolate station - at which you could help yourself to hot beverages at any time of the day. But the best part of all was that there was an In-n-out located just a short walk away! All in all, I would highly recommend staying here if you want to explore SF without having to pay the outrageous hotel prices in the city.

Not far from BARTPosted Aug 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
Room was very modern, which I like. Elevator is really slow so we opted to use the stairs. nice to have 24 hour coffee service. breakfast was very typical (not a fan of the instant everything). check in and out was pretty simple, just a bit too many questions of personal stuff.
