Worst breakfast everPosted Oct 22, 2013
Cons: Breakfast should be improved
This is the worst breakfast ever. I stayed in lots of different hotels in lots of countries. But the breakfast freely provided by Hampton Hill was disappointed.

close to the Fisherman's WharfPosted Sep 24, 2013
Cons: Their indoor pool was cemented over. They said it had not been opened for 3-4 months. This was not mentioned in the website during my booking.
Location: This hotel is conveniently located between the airport and the Golden Gate bridge. It is also in close proximity to the Fisherman's Wharf.
The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was not award-winning but it was not horrible either. The staff was very helpful with providing printed directions to the area attractions.

Pros: The apples
Cons: Lower your rates
Nice lobby, terrible rooms, way to expensive. Nothing remotely close to anything fun.

nice placePosted Sep 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
i wanted to save some money and still hang out in san francisco. this was a great option. it's a decent walk or easy cab to the bart station. the neighborhood felt safe. the hotel was very nice. and parking was a breeze, which is something most hotels in the city can't offer.

Location: Try the Ghiradelli Ice Cream at Downtown SFO
The Hotel Staff was very cordial. I had a late night flight landing in to SFO, The Receptionist guided the Cab Driver for us to safely and speedily get to the hotel. Once at the Hotel, The receptionist had pre-checked me in. Hence we could just move in to our room. On Request they placed a Microwave in our room for warming kid food. Breakfast was good...We almost missed it the first day as the Clock in the room was stuck.. but the hotel duty manager provided breakfast in the room and immediately replaced the defective clock. The hotel staff guided us to use the BART and thereby save huge money to get to SFO downtown... Overall a very good Experience....

We brought daughter to SF StatePosted Aug 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
We have stayed her a couple of time since January. Beautiful facility and room were awesome. Very nice morning continental breakfast...Free parking and free wifi. The ONLY downside first day out of four, room was not freshened up u til after 4. Marcel at front desk took care of that and room was thereafter cleaned by 1pm....We will be back. We left our heart and our daughter (SFSU) in San Francisco. Craig and Frank
