Natalia's 19th birthday celebrationPosted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: Thank you for the nice birthday wishes and cupcakes for Natalia's birthday; she really liked that and it was so inviting when we arrived.
Location: We did the Alcatraz and Angel Island tours and walked the wharf.
We loved staying in the Penthouse suite; there are three in our family so having the extra bed made our stay much more comfortable. We enjoyed Ozumas for dinner and in the morning, we loved riding the bikes to see the bridge and the wharf. The hotel is very nice and we appreciate our stays at the hotel.

WONDERFULPosted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Location, location, location! Staff, amenities, the wine and beer at happy hour. They even have a masseur there for your relaxation.
Cons: The hallways are very warm.
Location: Your on the Embarcadero. You can catch a bus, train, Cable car, Bart, ferry, etc. to anywhere in the city or beyond.
An ideal location for all of a San Francisco experience. A five minute walk from the Ferry Building. You are at a hub of all the transportation you need to enjoy the entire city. The hotel is beautifully appointed and the staff are very knowledgeable and accommodating. The room was not big by any matter of means but very comfortable. The bed was awesome but the best part of the room was the bay view. It is definitely worth paying a little extra for a bay view. This is my new and only hotel destination in San Francisco from now on!!!

Small Room, But Very ComfortablePosted Aug 7, 2014
Pros: Wine hour (5:00-6:00) every night, bed, service, bathroom, location, price
Cons: Cheaper parking
Location: Located right on Embarcadero. Quick access to the Ferry Building, Bay Bridge. Excellent restaurants and bars nearby
Small room, but was one of the "cheaper" rooms. Originally was given a double bed with standing shower and was upgraded at no cost to a queen bed with shower & tub because of availability. Really comfortable bed, cozy room, large TV, big enough bathroom for both of us to get ready at the same time. Service was phenomenal. They really cared about us having a comfortable stay.

Noisy and over pricedPosted Jul 18, 2014
It was tough getting a reasonable priced hotel in SFO on my recent business trip, so spent nearly $400 for one night. I ended up in room near large roof top AC units and a special needs shower that came up to my chest. Major disappointment and will not be staying here again.

Small rooms but nicely appointed.Posted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: Clean, tastefully appointed.
Location: We loved the proximity to the bay and ferry building. And, it is right in the heart of a number of great restaurants.
Hotel staff was terrific. The rooms were small but very nice and the bathroom was comfortable and spotless. We will definitely stay again. View rooms overlook the bay and bay bridge. If you plan on spending relaxing time in the room, it would be worth the upgrade

location is great but price is outrageously highPosted Jul 15, 2014
$260 for a room smaller than a closet is outrageous. literally only fit one double sized bed with not enough walk space to maneuver around the bed! Hotel staff was great though and the bed was clean

Great location, wonderful staff, lots of perks!Posted Jul 14, 2014
The Harbor Court Hotel is a great boutique hotel. The complimentary wine hour, milk and cookies every evening, bicycle loaners, goldfish to keep you company in your room were all nice touches. The staff were friendly and very accomodating. It was like home away from home, which is really nice when you travel alot for business. I will definitely stay at this hotel every time I visit San Francisco.

I was expecting more...but was let down.Posted Jul 12, 2014
The place looks nice, but overall it's too pricy for what it is. Rooms are tiny! Room service was lousy, food was brought up cold. Don't bring too much luggage because the elevators small. I will say that rooms were very clean and cozy but I can get that at half the price point. Personally I would never go back and I have stayed at a lot of hotels.
