Bad communication between Expedia & Hotel...

The hotel was okay but we had some issues! We booked the park, stay, & go package through Expedia and upon arrival the staff informed us that we couldn't have done that through Expedia! Luckily I had proof & didn't have to pay the $12 per day to leave our car! Another miscommunication caused us to have our room changed as we booked a king size bed.....a bit of a let down for both the hotel & Expedia but the staff did the best they could to make things right & everything worked out okay!

Pros: location
Cons: better pillows, they were flat once you lay on them
We stayed 2 nights and they did not clean our room after the first night. We got back to our room late that evening and the housekeeping employees were gone. The front desk manager gave us clean towels and free items from the pantry.

Location: Near Airport and Twin Peak
Nice hotel and good location, feeling stay at home. But I forgot my cute pillow at the hotel, but that its my fault. I will go back again.

Easy access to airport

Very close to the airport. Has a shuttle that we did not use. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms. Keurig coffee maker in room. Luggage carts available for self service. Ample parking.

Great hotel near SFO

Pros: Except for the $12.95 price for breakfast, everything else was very nice.
Cons: Lower cost breakfast.
Location: If you are catching a plane, the location is great. If not, you are a little far from downtown, China Town, and the other sights that people go to see
The employees were very friendly and courteous. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to stay there again. The only drawback is you are very limited on locations to dine if you don't have a car, and the breakfast is a little expensive for what you get. Many other hotels offer this type of breakfast for free.

Great for the price

I really liked everything about this hotel, except the bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped. Great deal! It could have just been the day, but it was only $89 and the parking was free. Very clean, friendly staff, and the restaurant was good!

Close to the airport, Clean and Friendly Staff

Cons: Wish there was a complimentary breakfast, buffet-style for the quick getaway in the morning.
Had to stay the night before an early flight. Heard that other hotels of the same price were dirty, noisy, etc. This hotel was great. The bed was very comfortable. The room was incredibly quiet. No neighbor noise, no airplane noise. The price was competitive, and I could leave my car there (for a small fee) while I was gone on my trip. I would strongly recommend this hotel!

Pros: The staff was very helpful.
Cons: The beds a bit small.
Location: It was located great for the things we had planned.
The whole place was very nice. They offer a shuttle to the B.A.R.T.
