Close, clean and convenient to the airport

Pros: Convenience to airport
Cons: Cheaper price point
Location: Not much. You are in corporate no man's land. No shopping or restaurants within easy walking distance. Plan on staying there once you get there.
My wife and I had an early flight from SFO so we started looking for bargains near the airport. Unfortunately, there are no "bargains" so we took the cheapest of the well known hotels closest to the airport which was the Hilton Garden Inn. It's very easy to get to. Good menu in the restaurant in the hotel. Rooms very clean with all the amenities. Shuttle times were not posted on their website but they run starting at 4:00 a.m. and on the half-hour. Unfortunately our shuttle had several grumpy travelers who didn't cut our shuttle driver much slack ("Can't you go any faster?", "Be careful with that bag. I paid a lot of money for that thing!" etc...) but he took it all in stride. Solid thumbs up and I only wish it was a little cheaper, but then, after all it's San Francisco!

Very nice hotel

Loved the room. However the deadbolt lock was broken (Room 204) and phone unclear as to how to get a wakeup call. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks to all

Nice Hotel

Pros: They had a free shuttle to the airport.
This hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. I would stay here again if ever in this area.

Location: none
I stayed at this hotel for quite sometimes. Compare to the other hotels with the same range, this hotel is much better in terms of cleanliness, room amenities and even parking and wifi are free. The main reason I chose this hotel is for its cleanliness. I recomend fully this hotel for who is looking for cleanliness and good room amenities.

Beautiful hotel

Came to visit daughter who is living in SF. Hotel is clean and beautiful. Hotel offers free coffee and cookies in its beautiful front lobby. Room and bathroom are very clean and comfortable.

Pros: Passable breakfast
Location: In a soul-sucking part of South San Francisco. Nothing nearby.
It's a Hilton Garden Inn in an industrial park surrounded by warehouses. $300 a night?

Nice hotel which had good reviews but ...

We arrived late and thing seemed fine until we turned out the lights to sleep. Then began the loud door closing as people came and went all night. We are experienced travelers but have never had such loud door closers on the rooms. The hotel really needs to do something to remedy this problem. May be adjust the automatic closers???

I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that checked us in, but unfortunately I do not. I do remember him being very friendly and accommodating! Excellent service! The rooms were clean and pleasant, as well!
