Giants game!

Pros: Modern, clean, quiet.
Cons: Some type of free continental breakfast would be nice, but the cook to order one is excellent, but pricey.
Location: Quick trip via train into the city and a lot less expensive than staying in the city!
We came to see the SF Giants play on May 8th and wanted a hotel close to the Muni train station. This hotel is perfect as it is just a few minutes from the station and takes you directly to the stadium! The trip is about 20 minutes long and is very inexpensive. Lovely hotel, but no complimentary breakfast. That would be the only drawback.

Disappointing!

Pros: The lobby was the only thing we liked about this hotel.
Cons: Customer Service, clean linens, clean rooms and 24 hour maintenance! Not everything happens during business hours.
We were expecting great things with the Hilton name attached to it but saw the opposite. First, check in at 10pm was a mess. It took forever! There is no free breakfast which was one of the requests for booking my trip since I was travelling with 6 kids. I couldn't believe they had double beds and not queens like most other hotels. Also, our shower knob came off when we tried to use the tub. When we called down to the desk, they said they would call maintenance. An hour later, we called to see what was going on and they tell us that maintenance wouldn't be in until later that day! Really! Why didn't they say this when I called the first time. We asked for another room but they would not move us (they said they had no more rooms) however, we were there the night before and heard there were additional rooms! The towels smelled dirty and the rooms were musky. Never again!

Bad Odor in hallway and elevator for 3 days.

Pros: Check in quick, room good, and easy on and off the 101. Quiet area over the weekend. A real bargain compared to staying in San Francisco proper.
Cons: Close the drapes and take a walk through with a black light. Then stalk up on a disinfectant cleanser.
Location: Location great for getting to AT&T. 20 minutes + - . I have spent longer getting to the park from downtown San Franciso!
Room looked clean, but after wiping down a few things, it was apparent wet wipes are a good idea. (a good idea at all hotels: TV remote, door knobs, arms of desk chair, light switches) Really, not a germ-o-phobe, just like the idea of clean things to the touch. Only takes 3-4 minutes to go over the items above. Very dirty. The air in the room was fine, but the fermented sweat smell wreaked through the 5th floor hallway and both elevators. Absolutely breath taking! Turned a potential 8 to a 5 out of 10.

Windy night

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Room location.
Location: SFO
Next time would ask for a room that faces a different direction. Wind howled through the side we faced and whistled loudly. Nice and clean...would stay again.

Nice hotel

Our experience was great. The only thing that got us scare was the fire alarm that happened early in the morning. Everything was nice and relaxing.

Next door Neighboor was loud until 3 am and when i asked if there is another room in the morning, they told me that they are checking out. The hitel gave my whole party breakfast vouchers that was worth around $50.

But our stay was very nice. Ladies in the front in the morning, very nice. We have stayed there before and liked it. Will recommend it to everyone.

Nice if you are fluting out of SFO.

Pros: Clean, convenient to airport, had airport shuttle, . Had coffee, lemon water and fruit readily available and fresh baked cookies at desk.
Cons: Beds were smaller than queen. They were long but not wide. They were comfortable enough but difficult if you have to share.
Location: Near airport.
Nice hotel. Staff friendly. Nice lobby and facilities.

Use it for over nighters in the city. Great food/ menu/ speedy room service. Nice staff mostly and super clean.
