Love this place

Use it for over nighters in the city. Great food/ menu/ speedy room service. Nice staff mostly and super clean.

Not too happy with fact that you advertise that it includes a complimentary breakfast!! We had to pay for it....

I am sorry that there was a misunderstanding about the restaurant breakfast. We only want our guests to pay for the services that is used. We are able to offer a little less rate because breakfast is not included in the rate. We look forward to your next visit to HGI SFO!

uncomfortable nights sleep

One of the most uncomfortable beds and pillows I have ever slept in and with in .The bathroom was not attractive at all. This was not a place I would stay again.

Not enough parking space. Had to go around for 15 mins and still can't find an available spot. Had to take out one of coned reserved parking space to park. It was 2 am & I can't get to my room until I park my car.

Bad staff/non-working tv

Location: Good locationnear airport
They knowingly put us in a room with a non-working tv. Blamed it on the weather when it was working in bar. Wouldn't switch rooms or check the TV's in them. Only under protest did they call a Manager (why weren't they at the property) and 2 hrs. gave us some kind of resolution. No one wanted to help us and put their hands in the air (about weather) A lie!!!!!! Disappointed in a Hilton with such poor staff.

Thank you for staying with us, I am sorry to hear about your experience with the guest room television. The wind knocked out all guest room TV's, thankfully our Bar is on a separate signal and was able to stay up.

Made a bummer of a delay a better day!

Pros: Everything was top notch, service was warm and professional.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
Location: Close to airport, walking distance to Starbucks if needed, ample restaurants nearby offer delivery.
Did not expect to tack on an additional day to an already long trip, but airport delays such as they were led me to a night a the Hilton Garden Inn. Was greeted by a warm gentleman named Cesar who delighted and made my stay extra nice. The staff were all very professional and helpful, the facilities in great shape, amenities what I've come to expect by this chain, plus a few extra nice touches. Will definitely be a spot I return to--delayed or otherwise.

Nice and quiet!

Great stay. Very quiet and very clean. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
