Only negative is the erratic internet connection. Other than that, great staff, very accomodating and helpful.

“Pretty Good”

Every thing‘s pretty Good, except they will charge you multiple WiFi charge when you have several device by default. But you can tell the front desk to aggregate the charge.

“Quick trip to San Fran”

We stayed at The Hilton on Airport Blvd for 2 nights. We were greeted upon arrival by a very friendly staff at the reception desk and check in was very quick. We went right to our room and it was very clean and comfortable. We were only in town for the 49er/Giant game therefore we didn't have much time to get into the city. We ate dinner both nights in the hotel and the food was excellent. I'd stay in this hotel gain without question

“Great experience except for parking”

Hotel was great. If you are driving, parking costs $18 a day and $12 a day on weekends. I didn't know about that when I booked. Restaurant is great. It has beautiful view of the bay.

Great staff and great stay...I would recomend this hotel since it is clean, comfortable, upgraded, and close to the airport.

“Outstanding Hotel close to San Francisco Airport”

From the moment I called for the airport shuttle everyone was pleasant and accommodating. The hotel is a bit on the older side, if you are not particular or concerned with outside appearances, the service you receive once you are inside is outstanding and makes up for everything else. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is outstanding in every way! There is a shuttle to downtown Burlingame (which was complimentary)... overall I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying close to the airport.

“Pleasent stay at the Hilton”

Good hotel. Tidy and clean. Staff were amazing. Executive suits are really good. You get what you pay for. There are safes in the rooms, cleaning service every day, and rooms are comfortable. Recommended. Free shuttles every 15 minutes TO and FROM the San Francisco international airport.

“Great hotel I would definitely recommend it...”

I would have liked the person who checked us in to our room to have been a bit more conversational however he did an ok job considering I checked in at 3am. Overall I would give my stay at this hotel a 5. Decided to go for a late night swim in their indoor pool and was pleasantly surprised that we were not kicked out after their closing time of 10pm. Jacuzzi is not amazing but it was a great time. Rooms were clean bed was comfortable you get view of the lake pretty much good value for your buck. also conveniently close to all tourists attractions.

“Why do we continue to pay and pay?”

We were very annoyed by the lack of free Internet, the miserable free options on TV, and the overpriced bottled water. How rude to continue to charge for services that are extremely cheap for a hotel to obtain and should be provided free as a part of high quality service.

“I will be back for more!”

The location by the bay, the nice walk in the morning, the friendly staff ... The convenience of a shutlle to the airport, the free trolley ride to downtown Burlingame... Is just right for me.
