Close to airport but needs refurbishing

Close to the airport so well located between downtown and the valley. However, feels dated. Air conditioning in the lobby does not work well so feels a little stuffy

Nice hotel but needs to improve

This is a nice stay for the hotel. However, the staff needs to be trained to provide correct information. Here are the issues: 1) the hotel room provides free bottle water but I was told from hotel hotline that it costs $3 per bottle 2) the hotel parking fee was charge twice in my invoice. After I asked, they corrected it. 3) the breakfast buffet price is different from the room service manual. It is cost $17 instead of $11 in the book.

Nice hotel, service lacking in some places

Stayed with family for two nights, the room was pretty neat and well kept. Nice views on the bay and bathroom was clean. Biggest down sides were the lack of any scale whatsoever to weigh luggage and the terrible restaurant staff. Waited 20+ minutes after being seated and no waitress ever came despite being told twice that she was on her way and the restaurant had all of 2 other customers inside. In the end my order was taken by the front desk staff and food was mediocre at best. Overall give it 3.5

Quite disappointing

Pros: The room is clean.
Location: To catch the early flight.
The room decor and condition is quite dated, and the bed is not comfortable either. The location is good if you need to catch a flight, but the noise from landing and take-off is inevitable. The only modern touch is the dining room and bar, but unfortunately guests who booked via Expedia are excluded from the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast. The key is a torture, you need to swipe dozen times to get into your room and garage. There is no elevator from garage to the hotel directly, you have to walk into the hotel to get another elevator to get to your room, which is really inconvenient.

Great "Bay View"

Pros: Big clean room and great view from the 11th floor overlooking the bay. Great plane spotting as you are right on the SF Airport approach pattern.
Location: This is a great place to base your SF weekend getaway if you would like to be near the airport. Very easy access to Hwy 101 and just 35 minutes to SF.
Excellent large clean king bed room. The 11th floor "Bay View" was really nice. Friendly staff and nice buffet breakfast made our weekend stay very comfortable.

It was a nice experience the hotel has a view to the ocean.. we call service desk at 1 a.m to order food. They were very helpfull.

Location: My reason for staying there was easy access to airport
This hotel was very easy to book on line. My room was spacious and dining there was good. I will definitely stay there again.

No Parking Space
