Pros: Free parking and free wi-fi ascess was provided.
Friendly staff and good customer service. My room was clean with a nice sized flat screen television. Everything I asked for and looked for was accommodated. Yes I would recommend this hotel to others.

Decent hotel, did not have a refrigerator or microwave. Key card did not work for garage multiple times, resulting in me having to pay twice as much for parking.

Nice hotel - convenient to airport.

Pros: Fast, convenient free shuttle to airport (every 20 minutes), good food, GREAT service.
Cons: NADA
All was good - fast and courteous check-in, clean room in good repair, etc. Two notable points: 1) The guy in charge of the bellboys (is it still OK to call then that?) - I think his name is Nick - was exceptional. When the bellboys were busy, he personally brought a cart to my room for the bags, and helped me load them into the car. All the while apologizing for a slight delay. SUPER customer-centric. 2) Bar is pretty good - the steak I had there was really excellent. Listed as a NY Strip, it was more like a filet - and bigger than advertised. Cooked perfectly, too.

Cons: Bathrooms need towel bars, not just hooks -especially when encouraged to hang up towels for reuse for good environmental purpose.
It served the purpose of needing a place to stay near SFO. Disappointed that we had to pay extra to park at the hotel.
