Downtown SF

Pros: Comfortable rooms, parking within the facility, location
Cons: it's a minor point -the elevators are slow
Location: Great location in the heart of SF nearby Chinatown, downtown, and close to cable car. Very enjoyable stay.
Comfortable hotel with nice amenities, centrally located, within walking distance to nearly everything.

Noise and terrible bed

Elevator noise and made sleeping next to impossible. Not to mention the bed wasnt what i have ever slept on at any Hilton.

Friendly hotel.

Pros: Close to everything.
Location: The location was great. Its right in China Town and Pier 39, the warf and alcatraz were all just minutes away by cab.
We had a great stay. Everyone was very nice and the food was great. I loved the balcony room.

Spent the day in the city and stayed here over night to catch the ship for our cruise. We had a great stay. The hotel was clean and modern and the staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel, as well as stay here again.

Nice Hotel Great Location!

We really enjoyed this hotel and it's proximity to Chinatown and Little Italy. The only drawback was a dog barking a few rooms down. I respect the fact that the hotel is pet friendly, locking your dog in a hotel so that it barks for hours straight is completely unacceptable.

OK but standard. Good location

Easy access to the city. Walk straight out into China Town. Watch out for the hustlers at the bars trying to get people to on Casino trip. Food good, staff great, rooms very average. If its affordable convenience you are after this works. Want something interesting spend another $50 and there will be many more options.

Nice lobby, room was baf

I expected 4 star condition of the room being a Hilton chain. I had a 2.5 star room. Clean but the smell of cigarette was awful. The presentation overall gave me a feeling that i was in a lower class hotel.

Outdated hotel

Location: Close to north beach, China town and downtown shopping
The room had no mini fridge, worn out dated decor and popcorn ceilings. Housekeeping kept knocking on the door.
