Great location and facility but have to pay 4 wifiPosted Jul 22, 2014
Room was a little small and disappointed that you had to pay for wifi when you are already paying a lot for room and $50 per day to park.

Great LocationPosted Jul 20, 2014
Pros: Very conveniently located.
Nice Hotel, clean, comfortable, and very well located. My family and I spent there 3 days, we were able to walk everywhere. The only minus, was an outrageous parking fee. If you are booking this hotel, take into consideration that parking will cost you an additional $50 a day.

5 day stayPosted Jul 20, 2014
Very small rooms. Great location. Elevator was broken for at least 8 hours. Entire hotel had to take service elevator. They have out $50 dollar vouchers for the inconvienance. Voucher did not improve my feelings on the situation.

Caters to tourists and familiesPosted Jul 7, 2014
Next to chinatown, little Italy. 10 minute walk to union square. 25 minute walk to Fisherman's wharf. No homeless around Safer area compared to union square, civic center Easy self parking that shares same elevator as hotel. $50 per night which is cheaper than going rate of $60 now. Not on a hill so easy walking as compared to Stanford Hotel, Mark Hopkins Hotel Lobby is small and gets crowded Bathroom has no fan No Pool, fyi for kids Easy to catch cab out front Overall, this is a fine hotel for tourists due to it's location and safe neighborhood. But if you want a swanky hotel bar scene, then stick with the Hyatts, Marriotts, Westins etc.

San Fran luckily is a great trip for a nice mini vacation and the sites make up for the lack of quality that was offered at the hilton downtown finical district which should be renamed to Hilton China town.

Great location & viewsPosted Jun 11, 2014
This hotel is perfectly located in the Financial District and is close to several restaurants, bars, and neighborhoods. Their bayview rooms have gorgeous views of Coit Tower, the Marina, and Embarcadero. Staff was very friendly and nice. Private parking is a bit ridiculous, being $51 nightly. They should offer guests a lower price since its a public garage that your parking in. Don't forget to request a mini fridge because they are not provided for you.
