Very Nice

Posted Feb 25, 2015
Pros: Up to date.
Cons: A little pricey.
Location: Business district, but close enough to everything.
I was in town for my business. Had an extra day to spend and took in some sights. My first time to San Fran. Loved it.

We appreciated Erica's nice welcome and hospitality. Location is perfectly central, next to China Town, great selection of restaurants are walking distance.

Excellent hotel in the line between the financial

Posted Feb 10, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: At times elevator service is slow
Location: One could walk to the financial district, so it's convenient for business. The Chinese cultural center is on the third floor of the hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean spacious room. One could walk to Chinatown. Alfred's Steakhouse is a few steps away. Grat place to eat and meet.

Girls Weekend

Posted Feb 9, 2015
Pros: It was in walking distance of things to see and do or it was within 15 mins. by taxi. The hotel itself was pure luxury.
Cons: If our stay could have been longer.
Location: We were right next to China town, within walking distant, we were less then 15 mins. by taxi to ATT Park (fan fest), Beach Blanket Babalyon.
We were treated like princesses on our girls weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They always asked if we were having a good time and what had we been doing? They gave advise on were to eat and what they thought we might like to see. We had a wonderful time. Can't wait til our next girls weekend in San Fransisco at the Hilton (financial district).

Not enough for our money.

Posted Feb 8, 2015
We paid more than we pay at the Hyatt on the square and we got a lot less. The bathroom although cleaned is very outdated. The drain didn't work in my friend's room and had no hot water fir a bath. It felt more like an upgraded Motel 6 in the 80's, no kidding. I go toSF 4 times a year and this us the worst hotel so far. The price should be a lot lower.

Upgraded to 23rd level

Posted Feb 3, 2015
We checked in and were on the 5th floor. We got an upgrade to the 23rd floor with a city view. We had a great trip. Nice staf . Clean rooms. I do wish parking was a little ($45 a night for self park And $60 for valet) any parking in SF is expensive though. We would stay here again and recommend to friends.
