Nice, much better part of SF than Union square.

Pros: Great location, staff was really friendly.
Cons: Parts are under renovation. Spa no longer operates in hotel.
Location: North Beach is a great neighborhood.
Walking distance to North Beach, not too far from Market, great to be near a walkable neighborhood.

Hotel in general.

Pros: My kids were there.
Cons: Pretty much everything. Everything is so overpriced. Five dollars for a cup of coffee!
Location: Long walks to all events and things to do. No good restaurants nearby. Driving and parking in that area is a nightmare.
Too small for the money I spent. Almost 500 a night. Too close to China Town and all the frenetic activity. No good places to eat nearby. Parking 50 dollars a day for a guest. Should be free! Disappointed. Small cramped rooms.

Great centrally located hotel

Pros: Beside the location, the hotel was very clean and the staff of the hotel are just splendid, very accommodating and pleasant.
Cons: The lobbies upstairs could use a little facelift, but the rooms are very well maintained and comfortable.
Location: San Francsico is a great city for restaurants. Hilton is perfectly situated where there are Italians, Chinese, Japanese, American, etc.
This hotel is perfectly located for all travellers. Chinatown is around the corner. Financial Area is nearby. North Beach is up the street and Union Square is minutes away. We cannot asked for anything better than that.

Great Hotel!

Cons: A sign for the self - parking area for hotel guests!
We loved this hotel. The location was perfect for us (first night we walked to AT&T park in about 30 minutes and the next day we headed to Fisherman's Warf in about the same amount of time). The staff were friendly and the inside of the hotel was clean & comfortable. The only complaint I had is that we had a very difficult time finding the self parking (I believe it is the 24 hour public parking lot in back) so ended up just paying for Valet.

Pros: Good location, helpfull staff.
Location: I recommend the Gray Line open top tour bus, which stops directly outside the hotel and tickts can be purchased on the bus.
This hotel is ideally located and very covenient for local transport to explore the city and very helpful informative hotel staff. WE enjoyed our stay very much and I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to others.

Happy with services but room for improvement. Rooms could use small refrigerators, fitness room needs to be bigger and food at hotel outrageously priced. Location great for walking everywhere!!

Just OK experience and location

Pros: They staff was extremely friendly and accommodating when we showed up 3 hours before check-in. Staff was also helpful with taxi service and luggage.
Cons: I wish the hotel would notify the traveler ahead of time that WiFi is not included in daily room rate. For the rate we paid I wish it was.
Location: Location is at the very tip of the Financial District, pretty much in Chinatown. I was expecting something a little different.
Our weekend stay at the Hilton was for OL Music Festival. They rooms are small and the beds are smaller. The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. I wish I would have known that WiFi would not be included, I probably would have stayed somewhere else. I was expecting something a little more in the Financial District, not Chinatown. Overall it was an OK stay but probably will stay at a different hotel next time.

Great view and convenient location!

Pros: location and view
We spent 3 days in this hotel and we were very satisfied with everything. We slept in a two-double-bed room on the 22nd floor with a wonderful bay view. We absolutely loved watching the sunset from our room. The beds were really comfortable, which has never happened before. The room was cleaned everyday. In addition, the hotel is located near many tourist attractions. We walked to Union Square, Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, Ferry Building, and many tours. It was awesome. Chinatown was right around the corner.

Less than expected.

Once you add in the parking and internet the cost is closer to $320 a night. There was a couple used towels left from the previous guest. The hotel gave us a $50 credit for the restaurant the inconvenience, however the breakfast was $65 for 2 people and wasn't very good. The bed was very uncomfortable. View and location is good.
