“Unhappy”
I couldn't understand the person at the front desk, and it took more than an hour to get my internet set up just because of miscommunication. When I first got in the room there was hair in the shower, water spots on the toilet and sink. At no point during my stay did I have hot water in the shower. Never, morning or evening. Come on, seriously, no hot water at all?
“over rated and noisy”
ok, the valet people where more nicer then the rest of the the hotel staff. the concierge gave us wrong directions that lost us 45mins from our destination. then i can hear our neighbor taking a shower, then at 2am i heard our neighbor using the restroom doing #1. our room was located near the elavater and we would hear every time it was being used. room number 2-1601. the hotel was located in walking distance of union square and the mall. it was over priced for what we experience....o ya the buffet sucks. the waiter that serves you water was rude. our actually waiter showed up 20minutes after we choose the buffet, but he did give us a discount so that was cool. i can say i've been to alot of hotels and paid less and had a way better experience. i love san francisco, however i would choose another hotel to stay in. i really hope this review helps you...
“Not Impressed”
Disappointing that the windows of the Smoking room could not be opened or even Slightly Cracked and there was no possible way to filter out the smoke. Next time I will be getting a Non-Smoking Room. Terrible filtering of the Cigarette smoke. I drove back to Los Angeles 7Hrs Coughing Sick and a Burned Throat. because of Zero Filtration from the Cigarette Smoke.
“Loved the location”
It should not cost extra for paying guests to use the wireless internet
“It's Alright”
This is a great hotel. Only complaint would be that the walls are a bit thin and we had some teenagers or early college-aged people slamming doors way into the middle of the night (3 a.m.). We could hear everything. Also, could hear other people's conversations from the room next door. Location is awesome though and the hotel IS nice.
“Wonderful People, Not So Wonderful Room Conditions”
The people at all aspects of the hotel were extremely kind and helpful. The room itself was old, and the bedding was extremely old and worn. Seems like Mr. Hilton should invest in some upgrades!
“It's ok.”
The hotel does the job; assuming the price is right... In my opinion; not worth much more than a benjamin/night. The room was small, they overbooked and didnt have the king bed I reserved.
“Quick trip to San Francisco”
I have always had good experiences at Hilton hotels and this was no exception. The hotel was crowded, but in a good, hustle-bustle way that was energizing. Great location of course. Highly recomend getting a "city view" room on an upper floor for a great view. Rooms and bathrooms were a bit small, so if there are more than two people it could get cozy!
“the carpet is dirty”
the carpet is dirty
“not a< Hilton>”
no one helped with luggage, the valet personal were very rude,we parked our own car and the charge is a lot ....... not disclosed when you book the hotel.room old and dirty ,bathroom old ,water running.the hallways noisy and full of drunk people .not one security guard around to help.unlesss you have business at this hotel stay away!
