“Just as it should be”

I visit this hotel often, I have enjoyed the great service and quality of the product.

The staff was very pleasant, including warmly greeting guests regularly with joy,and you felt very welcome as a guest at this excellent hotel. The hotel was extremely clean and constantly maintained by the staff. Nothing was a problem for the staff, and they always accomodated your specific needs. For example, we needed a refrigerator and they put one in the room.The hotel is extremely well run.The management team of this hotel must have a great deal of experience and personal dedication to running a first rate hotel. It takes constant hard work to operate a hotel like this, and the management team's effort shows in the memorable experience the guest will have after staying at this hotel. The hotel was also constantly monitored by in house security, and it is comforting to know their security is excellent in a big city like San Francisco.

Great Hotel. Friendly people working there and VERY accomdating. Excellent Service. Easy to walk to Sites and Downtown area. easy to catch cabs or other transportation to all areas of the city which are very close.

Was a great hotel. The concierge were amazing at directing us to plays to eat and where to go out at night...ken was the best!

“Great Hotel in Union Square”

Great place to stay. Great location, walking distance to all shops located in Union Square. They let us checked out 2 hours after which was great! Customer Service was very pleasant. Free WiFi in the lobby.

This hotel was quiet, comfortable and located ideally for walking to great eateries and shopping. The hotel also provides excellent transportation to the airport.

Wow...comfortable rooms with great beds, looked and smelled fresh and clean. Had been staying at less expensive places during our vacation and it was so wonderful to be in such a beautiful place. In-house parking handy but expensive ($50!!). Location great.

would have been nice to have more drawer space besides the small night stand. The bathroom was very small and no where to put toiletries

Great stay and a GREAT location. This hotel was very nice and convenient to public transit to get around the city. Shopping and restaurants all around. Also decently priced parking in the garage across the street. My only problem was with the noise. We could hear every little noise in the hallway, including talking, doors closing, etc.
