A few nights in San FranciscoPosted Sep 26, 2014
Pros: Location, Staff.
Cons: Car parking prices for residents. Ensure families are put in adjoining rooms rather than having to badger reception to get things changed.
Location: Good location with great views from upper floors, good public transport links.
Hotel well placed for a cable car ride or easy bus ride to Fisherman's Wharf. Taxi back late night was good value. Car Parking is expensive - but quite secure. There is alternative parking nearby for about 10 bucks less ie $30 per 24hrs. We ate breakfast by buying in from nearby shops, the fridge was a bit small and noisy. Altogether a good stay and I would visit this hotel again. The locality felt safe to walk about in as a tourist from out of town.

Great Hotel, Location not so muchPosted Aug 18, 2014
Cons: sound proofing the windows
Location: There is a great breakfast place close by called Mel's and for a unique bar try out Tommy's Joynt it has great character......
I couldn't fault the staff, service or facilities of the hotel. The breakfast menu is really nice and the rooms are big and the beds really comfortable. The location is too far from Fisherman's Wharf or any of the areas that you would want to go visit for food and drinks. You would always need to get a cab and the street is busy with traffic nosy so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

OkPosted Aug 9, 2014
I think this hotel is overpriced. It's nice, but not that nice. Location is good, service in their restaurant is terrible unless you go to the bar. The beds gave me backaches, they're too soft.

Nice hotel not too far from wharf.Posted Aug 8, 2014
FrIendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms. Nice showers. Nice desk/counter space in room and bathroom. A relatively easy walk down to the wharf if in good health. Starbucks on the corner. Grocery store nearby. Transit stop on corner that can take you down to the wharf.

Some of staff were "snippy". Rude and condescending

Mediocre BreakfastPosted Jul 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
Great location. A/C pretty noisy though - I've stayed in much cheaper places with whisperingly quiet A/Cs both in Europe and the US (on this trip). You'll get a much better breakfast at a local cafe - e.g. 'Toast' which is nearby.

Nice hotel but expensive!Posted Jul 12, 2014
You pay for the stay, the parking and no free breakfast... Everything has a price nothing comes free with the room.

Very nice hotelPosted Jul 10, 2014
Cons: Parking is a bit pricey and there are no deals to combine with a room package.
This was a great hotel. Very clean, great views from the room (we were on the tenth floor), and a good location. Would definitely recommend.
