Nice hotel but expensive!Posted Jul 12, 2014
You pay for the stay, the parking and no free breakfast... Everything has a price nothing comes free with the room.

Very nice hotelPosted Jul 10, 2014
Cons: Parking is a bit pricey and there are no deals to combine with a room package.
This was a great hotel. Very clean, great views from the room (we were on the tenth floor), and a good location. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel, spacious and clean rooms.Posted Jun 30, 2014
I stayed at the hotel for business. The room was very comfy, spacious and clean. The hotel isn't very close to a specific location but it's usually a short taxi drive from anywhere in the city. I recommend it to whoever visiting the city.

San Francisco tourPosted Jun 24, 2014
Cons: room service, and ambiance in the room
Location: It was perfect for out short san Francisco trip. We could make most the attractions in three days.
The highlight of the stay was location of the hotel, its in the heart of downlown, close to muni station and and perfect location to most attractions around. There are many good restaurants around too.

$45.00 per night parking? What?Posted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: The room was nice and the location was good! The guy cleaning the restrooms down stairs in the early morning was nice too!
Cons: Customer service, at least one of those guys and the parking fee requirement should be listed so that you do not have to go searching for it.
Location: The street around the corner seemed to have a lot to do there. and we were very close to the bridge and park so that was all nice.
As the title says, I was a bit shocked to find that out after I drove from San Diego. When i asked to cancel I was told sure but cannot guarantee any refund so what am I going to do? Give away $451.00 over a parking fee. The place was overall nice and a good location. The guy at the front desk was a little condescending when he told me about the parking fees and the "FREE" internet but what ever, lesson learned!

Friendly staffPosted May 31, 2014
Cons: Partially finished food tray left in hall for two days.
Location: Lots of places to eat nearby
The hotel is located near cable car access which is good because it is no where near the Golden Gate Bridge . Staff were very helpful and gave great advice on how to see the sights.

Besides the rude customer service, the room was very nice and bright.

PerfectPosted May 20, 2014
Baker was at the front desk and was wonderfully accommodating. He even checked us in a couple hours early. Everything was perfect for our stay.

Clean and comfortablePosted May 18, 2014
While clean and comfortable the hotel was not value for money. It was further from places of interest than described

Great hotel, close to everythingPosted May 15, 2014
Pros: The location is great and the rooms are nice.
Cons: Parking is very expensive.
We only had one day in San Fran and wanted to be close to everything. This was a great location. There are tons of great restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The hotel was nice, very clean and comfortable. The front desk was short staffed, but the lady was super polite and really nice. Parking is expensive, but it costs a lot to park anywhere in San Fran.
