Nice convenient hotel with very expensive parking.

Posted Jul 23, 2015
Pros: Convenience to Fisherman's Wharf.
Cons: Reduced parking rates and closer to hotel.
Location: Lots of activities around Fisherman's Wharf. Also very convenient to jump on the trolley car to Union Square. Just a short walk to Ghiradelli Square
The hotel room was nice and convenient to Fisherman's Wharf. However parking was not convenient being in another building across the street and cost an extra $45/day to park. No free breakfast included but there was an on-site Denny's in the hotel.

Nice clean hotel close to fisherman wharf

Posted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: Location and clean
Cons: Internet and speed up checkin process
Great location. Nice hotel. Disappointed that they could not provide wifi and staff couldn't figure out the problem. The link they provided was not correct.

Super friendly staff. Stayed at a new building across the street. Bathroom is new and clean. Quiet. Could see the Arcatratz island.

good location, but pricey

Posted Jul 18, 2015
Pros: Easy walking location to Fisherman's Wharf, restaurants, aquatic park. Nice to have pillow options. Underground parking good, although very pricey.
Cons: Front desk should have clarified room #, how keys work, how elevator works.
Location: It's SF: so much to see nearby. Aquatic Park, Wharf, National Parks SF Museum.
Pretty pricey for basic room, no mini-fridge. Pricey car parking, but was nice that it was underground (felt safe). My son enjoyed the pool, but still pretty chilly "heated" water. Perhaps the three most annoying things upon arrival were: front desk person wrote room number on key envelope so sloppily, I went to the wrong room; not being told how the two very different-looking card keys worked; not being told how the elevator worked (you have to scan your key card to go up!) For the money I think I would look elsewhere next time.

Close to tour buses and fisherman's wharf

There were a few glitches with housekeeping not renewing supplies. The restaurant does a great sirloin steak at a really great price especially since restaurant prices in San Francisco are absolutely outrageous. This is not a luxury hotel by any means but for the location in San Francisco the Expedia package was very good value.
