Everything was smooth and easy!Posted Jan 28, 2015
Pros: Good price for perfect location. Saved money on not having to get cab rides to and from.
Cons: Cheaper parking!
Location: We could just walk out and were within steps of everything.
There was a nice empty refrigerator to put our leftovers in. The coffee was good in the room. The view outside our window was a giant ugly wall. That was the only bad thing and it would have been horrible were we not only there for the night. GET A BETTER VIEW!

My short stay.Posted Jan 27, 2015
A wonderful stay at this Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The concierge helped straight away and booked a 24 hour combo ticket," open top" bus tour and boat trip and visit to Alcatraz. It is a children friendly hotel too, caters for schools I think. Everything I needed to do was only about 4 blocks walk.

Just alright..Posted Jan 24, 2015
The hotel just like most hotels in SFO is a little tired, comfortable nonetheless except for the noisy heater. Close to Fishermans Wharf which is becoming more of a homeless destination, havent been in SFO for over 10 years and it seems the homeless situation has gone from bad to worse.

Great locationPosted Jan 22, 2015
Pros: Location and hotel was clean, with very helpful staff.
Cons: Nothing could have been done to make our stay any better than it was.
Location: Fisherman's Wharf was a block away. Everything we wanted to see and do was easily reached walking, which was a great feature for us.
We arrived early, hotel staff allowed us to check in anyway. Tourist information desk was very helpful and we were directed easily to where we wanted to go. Hotel was clean and all staff we encountered were pleasant and friendly. We would stay here again.

Exactly as advertisedPosted Jan 21, 2015
The hotel was fine - it provided a safe, clean room. However, in no way did the hotel exceed expectations, nor did it seem to make much effort to do so.

Great hotel and location.Posted Jan 21, 2015
Location: Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, etc.
This hotel was great! I stayed here and the Sheraton. Although the Sheraton was a little closer to things, the parking and WiFi charges were outrageous. You do have to pay for parking at Holiday Inn, but it was VERY reasonable. The WiFi was FREE!! Love it!! I will not stay at the Sheraton again, I will definitely return to Holiday Inn. It was such a great value for the $$$.

All great except plumbingPosted Jan 12, 2015
Pros: Convenient to Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown, and other tourist areas.
Cons: Plumbing described above.
Location: Block from Fishermen's Wharf great.
Plumbing in bath and shower needs to be fixed. Drainage poor.
