Nice location, close to everything!Posted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: Great location, comfortable.
Cons: Hotel check-in personnel.
Location: Great location. TONS of things to do!
Everything was exceptional except the reception. We received a king and asked for a double. Hotel receptionist explained he was sold out of doubles, which is understandable. However, gave an attitude, saying because I booked on-line through expedia and got a "lower" rate, room preference not guaranteed. It was rude.

Superb location, no driving needed!Posted Jul 2, 2015
Location was perfect! A walk to Fisherman's Wharf and everything else. Room had a fridge and that was a plus. They moved us to Holiday Inn Express because the first room , bathroom was clogged and had hair all over. But they made up for that! Nice move.

Pros: The location
Cons: Spend more time cleaning the bathroom
Location: It is right in the heart of the tourist area of San Francisco. Lots of activities.
Everything about the hotel and room was just ok. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

Within two blocks of Fisherman's Wharf!Posted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: Location, clean.
Cons: This hotel does not offer a free continental breakfast and their restaurant is only open select times of the day. Food is not cheap in San Fran.
Location: Fisherman's Wharf has tons to do. Ferries, people watching, food, shops, souvenirs, aquarium, hop on hop off bus, street performers, piano stairs....
We had a great time. The hotel was prime location to Fisherman's Wharf and it was actually pretty nice. I would stay near Fisherman's Wharf again if I go back. There are tons of places to stay that are still close and with transportation it's easy to get around and quick. You can go all over San Francisco in a couple hours and see most of the drive by attractions. We are glad we chose to stay by the water as that is where we spent most of our time and that is where a lot of the attractions on the GO cards were, or left from.

Great hotel, no need for rental carPosted Jun 29, 2015
This hotel was nice, clean and convenient to everything you could need downtown. We walked everywhere including the Alcatraz dock at Pier 33. The Big Bus - Hop on/Hop off sightseeing bus also had a stop in front of the hotel so if you do the tour loop it will drop you back off in front of your hotel. Save money on rental cars and parking fees and bring tennis shoes.

close to everythingPosted Jun 26, 2015
Pros: We were in the tower that had Denny's was downstairs. Convenient to eat there or take out food to the room for the kids.
Cons: Only bad thing about the hotel is it's parking rate--$43 per day per car was rather harsh and parking was tight. We were in the newer tower but ...
Location: see above
Close to Alcatraz ride, close to the wharf and restaurants, close to the electric trolley, close to the cable car, close to In 'N Out Burgers, close to Chinatown, close to Ghirardelli, rather close to Chinatown,

Pros: the room was large , tv was clear and good selection.
Cons: cleaning of bathroom and working on reducing noise would greatly increase appeal.
Location: Locational is great, close to pier 33 and 39, easy walk to cable car at hyde and beach, closing to other transport.
We noticed that parking was expensive $43 a night plus $6 tax, expedia listed price was $42 dollars and another website sanfranciso.com price was $32...... parking was full on first night. The bathroom needed a little extra cleaning as there was some orange mold that wiped off around the soap dishes and in the corner. This was reported to staff at check out. The room was nice. It was also effected by outside noise..... people on the street below and the loading of trucks .....
