Great location

Posted Jan 22, 2015
Pros: Location and hotel was clean, with very helpful staff.
Cons: Nothing could have been done to make our stay any better than it was.
Location: Fisherman's Wharf was a block away. Everything we wanted to see and do was easily reached walking, which was a great feature for us.
We arrived early, hotel staff allowed us to check in anyway. Tourist information desk was very helpful and we were directed easily to where we wanted to go. Hotel was clean and all staff we encountered were pleasant and friendly. We would stay here again.

Exactly as advertised

The hotel was fine - it provided a safe, clean room. However, in no way did the hotel exceed expectations, nor did it seem to make much effort to do so.

Great hotel and location.

Posted Jan 21, 2015
Pros: Everything.
Location: Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, etc.
This hotel was great! I stayed here and the Sheraton. Although the Sheraton was a little closer to things, the parking and WiFi charges were outrageous. You do have to pay for parking at Holiday Inn, but it was VERY reasonable. The WiFi was FREE!! Love it!! I will not stay at the Sheraton again, I will definitely return to Holiday Inn. It was such a great value for the $$$.

Very dissapointing!!!

Posted Jan 10, 2015
The hotel needs a renovation. It's old, dirty and smelly. The bathtub was dirty. The room's decor was depressive. The cleaning of the room very deficient. There was too much noise from the street that passed through the room's windows. Be careful with the food of the breakfast buffet, the fruit and yogurs were not very fresh. Great service from most of the employees but there was a woman at the bar that was very rude when I asked her a drink. In conclussion I don't recommend this hotel ever.

nice location

Posted Jan 7, 2015
Cons: parking should be free
at the time I book the hotel, they should tell me the parking fee. It's much expensive that the other places. Around 50 per night for parking. That's unacceptable.

Walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf

Posted Jan 7, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Better parking situation, charge way too much to park
Location: We wanted to see Fisherman's wharf and it was within 3 blocks.
We liked the location, we're able to park the car and walk everywhere we wanted to go.
