Expensive parking.

Bed and pillow are good. Coffee cup are wet and has mold. You can hear something like a jack hammer almost every hour from outside.

Hotel location was perfect for me

When I arrived they informed me they needed my credit card for any future charges andvthat a $50.00 would be deducted right away! It was fine with me when the clerk said that money was going to be charged to my acct and if I was going to be ok without it! It was ok with me but the clerk kept on asking me if I was going to be ok without those $50 and I found it insulting. Thank God I can afford to pay a high class hotel like yours, great food to eat, a daughter attends SF State Univ, can please myself financial..., don't need to be humiliated like that. The clerk said my $ wouldn't be credited right away but if I needed it I could call to get credit right away! It made me very uncomfortable and still bothers me quite a bit!

Cons: everything
Pretty poor hotel. Had to pay $2.00 for a cup of coffee and pump it yourself. Later that morning we saw someone get it for free. Will not stay again. Stay at a Hampton Inn!!!!

Little run down

This hotel is a little run down. Even those it's just a quick sleep before catching my flight I would like toilet paper. An alarm clock is always helpful too. Sheets a little dirty. Staff not genuine.

Close to airport and not horribly expensive. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly. If your looking for 5 star luxury this isn't for you, however, if your like the rest of the world this place is perfect. Resturaunt in hotel is nice, good breakfast and dinner.

Reasonably priced airport hotel

Pros: Comfortable bed. Very nice staff. Breakfast pretty nice.
Cons: Slightly shabby but OK
City centre hotels all booked due to big convention. This hotel was comfortable with good transport links. Very pleasant staff and regular shuttle to/from the airport. I could then pick up a BART train or an airport shared ride pretty cheaply.

Charging a parking fee because we book via Expedia

I felt cheated. While parking is free for all guests, we were charged 11$ of parking because we book through Expedia instead of directly with the hotel chain. Really?
