Very airport hotel

Pros: Location, cleaniness.
Cons: To fit business hotel purposes, if the hotel had free breakfast, it would outstand from other hotels in the neighborhood.
Location: Go to San Mateo downtown to get some Japanese ramens!
The hotel serves it's purpose. Clean, close from the airport, convenient facilities. Definately not a place for holidays.

Pros: The rooms were spacious and comfortable
Location: The location was pretty far from San Francisco
The rooms here are spacious and very comfortable. We had a lovely stay here and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel itself is not very close to SF so going into the city will be a drive. However, it is conveniently located near SFO so you don't have to worry much about making flights. They offer a complimentary shuttle that will take you to the airport or to a BART station that leaves every 1/2 hour. The people at the front desk are generally helpful but not overly friendly.

Location: Noisy next to the freeway
My room was still not ready at 3 pm checkin time, they claimed not enough people for housekeeping. I got my room on the ground floor and is quite a bit noisy.

Cons: defective key cards
Location: Right off the freeway, but not noisy.
The rooms were great. Everything was clean and worked fine (phone, refrig, TV, internet, heating/cooling, etc) The only trouble I had was the pesky key card. I had to go down to the front desk 2X, as my keys did not work. Irritating after returning from a long day at work. There is an attached restaurant. Expensive compared to Denny's. At least dinner, you might as well go into town and choose from one of the many great restuarants.

Very clean and nice hotel. The staff was very friendly. I would stay there again. I would recommend that you bring your own pillows.

Very Bad Internet Connection

The internet connection was horrible in my room, and in the restaurant. This was the case with multiple devices (phone, pc, ipad). Otherwise, hotel was fine. Facilities were ok. Room was confortable and clean.

Overall the hotel was just a hotel. There was not anything outstanding. I could not use the wi-fi in the room. It continuously dropped. The bed was firm. I did appreciate how queit it was within the hotel and I did like the breakfast served in the attached resturant. I probably will not stay here again because the price was very high for just being okay.
