So cute, boutiquey, and has a hip staff who know the city and talk to each guest on their level. Very well decorated for the holidays!

“Great boutique hotel in great location”

This is a great little hotel just a couple of blocks from Union Square & a block from BART and the Powell Street Cable Car turn-table. The room was comfortable and well attired. The staff was extremely positive, hip and friendly. The neighborhood is safe and right in the middle of many restaurants, stores and close to the theatre district. For light sleepers, ask for a room which doesn't face the street. Amazingly quiet for being right in the middle of SF. Only complaint is that the walls were a little thin. The people in the room above me came in at 2am and proceeded to march around for what seemed like hours, which kept me from getting back to sleep.

I passed through on business travel and didn't spent much time at the hotel, other than to sleep, but I had a very nice experience. The front desk staff were consistently pleasant and helpful. The room was well-kept and the bed was comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again!

“Exactly what I wanted!”

My boyfriend and I recently visited San Francisco for a long weekend trip and stayed at the Hotel Abri. It was just what we'd hoped for! Very clean and well kept with interesting decor for some visual interest. Our room was very comfortable - big, fluffy bed and nice size bathroom with a cool shower! The cleaning service came every afternoon when we were out so we could come back to a freshly cleaned room. Free WiFi, they held happily held our bags after checkout since our flight wasn't until 9pm, etc. etc. Most importantly, Hotel Abri is in the perfect location! Shopping galore, a lot of restaurants (John's Steakhouse down the street is delicious!) and you can hop on a cable car or bus with only walking a block or two. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a first time visitor of San Fran. It was perfect!

Stayed at the Abri for a work trip very last minute. The hotel was very clean and nice. The staff was beyond great, super friendly and incredibly helpful.

“As classy as San Francisco....”

* The location is excellent, near public transportation, shops, restaurants and within walking distance to Union Square (2 blocks) and the Ferry Building at El Embarcadero (15 min.). * As a VIP Access Program Hotel, they upgraded my room from a queen bed room to a king bed comfortable room. * Room and hotel facilities in good conditions and very clean. * Very friendly and cooperative personell, always willing to give recomendations on tours, restaurants including arrengements. * If we ever go back to the city, we will stay at Abri with no regrets at all.

Nice clean room. Excellent location. Request an inner room if city street sounds bother you.

Hotel staff was friendly and accomodating. Hotel public areas and suite were well kept. Skipped one point on upkeep of the hotel for the elevator going out of service while we were there.

Excellent hotel in all aspects! Close proximity to Union Square, Westfield Center, BART, Muni and various restaurants. The staff were very helpful, out-of-their-way friendly and very accommodating. Rooms were nicely appointed, La Occitane toiletries and flatscreen TV were a nice touch.
