DO NOT PARK IN THE STREET!!Posted Apr 14, 2014
Location: A lot of crazies wondering the streets
When we first arrived and thought I got lucky by there being one available spot in front of hotel diva. First thing I went in to ask the clerk if it was ok to park on the street. She said as long as you feed the meter till 6pm your all good. So I fed the meter till 6 and went about my business. The next morning I came out to get something out of my car and low and behold my window was busted out and our dvd player that we hid under the seat was gone. I went in to tell the clerk ( the same clerk I had asked the day before if was ok to park there ) and she said oh ya that happens all the time! She ended up giving me $25.00 off the room witch I thought was insufficient. The hotel offers valet parking for an outrageous $40 per night but a block away there is parking for $25. PAY TO PARK

Dear Traveller, I'm so sorry to hear someone broke into your car while it was parked on the street. There are a lot self parking around the city for a lesser cost with no in and out priviledges. Hotel Diva offers valet parking with unlimited in and out priveledges. Valet parking in the city could be costly, others even more than what we offer. We look forward to welcoming you back at Hotel Diva. Best regards, Virgil Lopez Hotel Manager

Convenient location, just OK room.Posted Apr 3, 2014
Room was mediocre at best. Room wasn't fully cleaned prior to my arrival (trash not emptied, old room key). No counter space in the bathroom. Wouldn't go back.

Perfect SF visit thanks to Hotel DivaPosted Apr 1, 2014
Pros: the staff and location
Great location if you are visiting SF. The staff treated us royally! The rooms was wonderful although a bit noisy because we were street side (we were warned by the staff and given an option). Room was spacious, and bed was comfortable. Clean and well stocked for the business traveler.

Heard about this place from a friend and highly recommend it. I love the decor and you simply can't beat the location. Great place for a DIVA indeed. They offer complimentary makeup remover - nice touch for the ladies!

Amazing friendly staff!Posted Mar 26, 2014
Pros: Clean, funky, helpfull
Cons: Why do the construction people start so early????
We arrived at the hotel tired, and the young lady and Carlos were there to help us with our bags and our check in. The hotel was amazing (except for the 2.00am construction!)

The good and the badPosted Mar 16, 2014
Pros: The staff was welcoming and pleasant.
Cons: Sound insulation, bathroom sink space, maybe canned lights to light up whole room at once so no need to go around room turning on all lamps.
Location: Great location. 2 blocks from union sq., lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.
#1, THEY NEED TO DOUBLE PANE THE WINDOWS. They did a lot of remodeling but forgot the sound insulation. The plastic shower tub was not set in properly that it had air pockets underneath. So if you step on the bubble it makes a loud cracking sound. The staff were very nice, housekeeping was efficient. Also, don't understand the pedestal sink decision. I understand it was a small bathroom but a pedestal sink? There are other options you can put in that would still use the exact space dimensions yet give guests extra space for their toiletries.

Dear Ladygodzilla, Hotel Diva offers various types of accomodations located in the quiet section of the hotel, all available on Hotels.com. I'm sorry to hear there the street view room did not meet your needs. Please be assured we will look into the tub issue you mentioned. We have had no issues with the new tub surfacing not until now. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. I hope you will give Hotel Diva another chance. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Best regards, Virgil Lopez Hotel Manager
