Great location.

Pros: The staff was nice. The room looks spacious and is clean.
Cons: The flush of the toilet is really loud. My room was too hot and there is only an off and on button on the thermostat.
Location: The location was great. I loved the shopping in Japan Town. It was easy to get to a bus station.
My room was on the second floor next to a street. It was very noisy at night and I couldn't sleep.

Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Pros: The bed was comfy with clean sheets and comfy pillows. We had a nice view on the 15th floor.
Cons: It was a little bit dated
Location: We loved that it was within walking distance to The Fillmore.
Loved the little Japanese style 'shower' with stool and bucket. Didn't get to enjoy all the spa amenities this time but would love to go back and stay longer.

Nice but overrated

Room was nice, but way over priced. Never received bottle of champagne as requested, very limited for a high end location.

Pros: location and very close to cheap parking
Cons: t.v in room way to small for price charged.. no problem with small t.v.s in small rooms.... a king corner..with view should have a sizable t.v
Location: great local..you can do most anything
Ive been coming to this hotel for many years since the late 80s..under a few different names..the now Kabuki is still a cool place with balcony's that can see all of japan town and beyond..everything is close...

Pros: it was clean
Cons: the shower area could have a door to separate it from the sink area so that more than one person could use the washroom at a time.
we went with our family on a vacation. It is not far to all the tourist attractions. No pool.

Over priced

The room that I stayed in needs to be painted in the bathroom area. Also, door swings into bath area and you then have to close that door to enter the toilet room. Not a good design for a slight handicap person. This room was way over priced for the condition and lay out. Would not recommend this hotel.
