“We loved the Hotel Nikko!”

I happened upon Expedia's offering of 30% off an Imperial Club floor room (Floors 22-24) at the Hotel Nikko including comp. breakfast and evening beer, wine, soda, etc. This was the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in - spacious, clean, modern, quiet, great bathroom (with a TV screen built in to the wall mirror!) We received two coupons per person per day for the hotel's breakfast buffet (normally $20 pp.) Since there were four of us, some days we ate from the continental bkft offered in the 23rd floor lounge, other days all 4 of us ate at the restaurant buffet. I can't emphasize how nice it was having access to the 23rd floor lounge. All the staff were excellent. The hotel location was perfect, a block off Union Square, two blocks from the Market Street "F" Streetcar which takes you down to the Ferry Building and along the piers to Fisherman's Wharf. If you find a good deal on an Imperial Club floor room, like Expedia got for us, grab it. We can't wait to come back!

“I fell in love with San Francisco and Hotel Nikko!”

The hotel was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was stylish and comfortable. The concierge was able to make great recommendations based on what he thought was more our style and he was dead on! Another bonus is that it's walking distance from Everything (and the trolley cars are one block away) and there's a Starbucks on-site!!

“Great Hotel”

This is a great hotel just two blocks from Union Square and two blocks from Market street. Staff is extreme courteous. Concierage was very busy and I couldn't utilize their services as a result. Room was comfortable, clean.

“A little hard to get to if your drivingto the hotel,”

Market street is a little hard to traverse with all of it's no right turns and one way streets, but what a wonderful hotel! I highly recommend the Imperial suites with their awesome views of the city, yes we will stay there again!

“The whole family loved the Nikko!”

The Nikko was located just right, within walking distance for our night out at the theater. We swam with the kids before dinner. Our room was cheerfully up graded to double queens, which were so comfortable the kids were just happy to relax and watch the large! plasma tv. Loved the room layout.
