very tired propertyPosted Mar 6, 2014
Pros: Location is great
Cons: A revamp
Very excited to stay at the Nikko. Front desk was not very accommodating. Room was very small and tired. I could actually hear the guest in the room next door sneeze all night.

Good location but they charge for everything.Posted Mar 5, 2014
We stayed in March with our young son. Even though they show a beautiful picture of the pool, they charge you $20 to use it. Then $16 a day for wifi-absurd! We paid extra for a larger room for 3 people and then they charged us $30 a day for a cot for our son. know San Francisco is expensive but they should be more upfront about the extra charges.

Very clean hotel, centralPosted Feb 28, 2014
Pros: Nice, large room, quiet. Starbucks in the hotel.
Cons: Restaurant in-house limited to an Asian European fusion (did not try).
Location: Location is very central, but lot of scary homeless at night !
Check in very efficient, double queen big enough for a family of four. Very good location. Many rental car just opposite the hotel,

Nice hotel in a great location.Posted Feb 25, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness, location, attitude of staff.
Location: Sunshine cafe was a nice alternative for breakfast. Johnny Foley's next door was enjoyable.
Welcomed by doormen. Initial check in went well. Room ready on check in. Nice glass of wine upon arrival. Room was clean, new furniture, but small. Had reserved a petite queen. Very accessible to SF visitor locations. Staff was very friendly. Limo service to airport was an easy, pleasant experience.

Nice HotelPosted Feb 20, 2014
Pros: Very attractive, well appointed with a friendly staff.
Cons: More convenient electrical outlets in the room. A night light in the bathroom (which all hotels should have.)
Location: An easy walk to China Town, Nob Hill & the Financial District. It's not surrounded by a whole lot of things to do, but it's easy to get around SF.
We stayed only for a night after a trip to Napa and before flying back to the East Coast. It was a very nice hotel at a reasonable room rate.
