街の中心にある便利なホテル

Pros: 街の中心地であること。
Cons: 最も残念だったのが、部屋にWired Internetが無くWirelessだけだったのですが、接続性が悪く、Loginができなかったり切断されたりで、仕事をするにはストレスがたまりました。
Location: とにかく町の中心なので、サンフランシスコの名所に行くには便利かと思います。
有数な観光地にあるホテルとしては、部屋の広さはこんな感じかでしょうか。レセプションや駐車場の担当者の対応は良かったと思います。

We have stayed here several times. Our rooms are always clean and quiet. The staff is gracious and prompt. My daughter is a big fan of the Sunday morning breakfast buffet

It is our 2nd time staying at the Nikko. Great location. Clean hotel and friendly staff. We will stay there again next time we are in SF.

Location: shopping, restaurants
hotel is very conveniently located within union square shopping.

Pros: サービスは全体にとてもよかったです。
Cons: インターネットサービスの不便さを改善してほしい。
Location: コンベンションセンターやトラムの駅から徒歩圏内というのはよかったです。
WiFiサービスが有料なのに、特に土日の夜はまったくつながらなくなりました。ゲストサービスに対応策を問い合わせていろいろ設定もかえたりしましたが、結局最後までつながらず、時間とお金の無駄で最悪でした。 その他のサービスには不満なく楽しく過ごせました。

Good hotel. With all the times I visit SF I wonder why I never stayed here before. And the rent-a-car place the BeverlyHills is suprisingly affordable too.

The worst hotel ever....

Pros: Nothing.
Location: Location is good for everything. Shopping, restaurant and so on.
I had the worst experience ever at your hotel. As you can see below, I asked "I need a quiet room" but my next door woke me up 5:30 morning w his alarm. Sometimes he came back really late, 2-3am, and slam door. The light bulb was burned out, but housekeeping didn't change. She didn't even tell/call to the electrician. My bathroom was dark with only half of light. Moreover, she didn't refill amenities which was out. One day, I called and asked to clean up my room, they said ok, but my room had never cleaned that day. The room was dusty as well. Lastly, I was bitten by ticks a several times. I knew my room was old one, not a new-remodeled. That's why bulb was out, ticks are in bed and the room was dusty. I asked in advance that I wanted have a nice quiet room, but I got the worst service. This is not 4stars hotel. I do travel a lot and I always stay 4stars hotel or above. I know how 4stars hotel should be. Nikko has no hospitality. P.S. When I was checking in, the lady was rude as well. I was asked to show my passport. I gave her enough infos such as my credit card and driver license which is enough. Why do I have to give them my passport? Other hotels never ask, but Nikko.

The facilities are impeccable but the wi fi ($16) was very spotty and most other hotels in the area do not charge $25 for gym access.
