Beautiful hotel in the best San Francisco location. Waterfront with amazing views. Very eco-friendly with excellent service. I got a wonderful massage on the property. The food was top-notch. 5 stars all around.

I liked it was New, upgraded hotel. Great food next door. View. I didn’t like the first two rooms given to me. Not at all what was described in my online booking for the price paid or photos.

Fantastic location near the Embarcadero with an amazing view of the Bay Bridge! Beautiful, unique, and well appointed hotel with a strong eco-slant. They even incorporated live plants throughout and repurposed materials from the local area. Comfy bed and a nice bar! Highly highly recommend!! A favorite hotel now and I’ve been to many many luxury hotels around the world (at the risk of sounding extremely bougie) haha

The front desk staff was great, the hotel felt clean and smelled great. The beds were comfortable too. I would stay here again for the price I paid. The room was offered at $399 but after resort fees and taxes it was $500. An average price for that area. But I did feel like everything else was way over priced. I was changed $11 for a bottle of water, the valet parking is $100 a night and 2 small lattes cost me $26. I didn’t like how that felt .

The hotel is good, but not worth the price of admission. The room is average at best. We ended up getting a room with a view of some astroturf and AC pipes. While that was bad on its own, the room wasn't anything to write about either. I wasn't satisfied with the value I got out of my money.

Only complaint I had was check in was at 4pm but still had to wait an hour for my room to be ready. However the lobby was very comfortable and everything else was perfect.

Not a 5 star hotel
This is definitely not a 5 start hotel- way away from the standard. The floors have a mold smell. The butlers never asked for help to unload or load the bags to the car. The butlers would not open the doors per 1hotel standard routine, they would give you a look but not open heavy doors. The room was not checked prior arrival. The toilet crane was switched off, the shower drainage was clogged and water would cover your feet. The hotel is very compact and small overall but located in convenient location.

This property is very Zen and peaceful. Very beautiful and clean. Quiet and relaxing. Across from the pier. Nice place to stay would recommend 10/10. I would recommend a room with an ocean view. Its beautiful! All staff is amazing!

The property was gorgeous. I was disappointed in our room. We splurged for a very expensive room with a private terrace. All of the cushions were off the terrace furniture so we could not utilize it. The view was also terrible from what is supposed to be one of the best rooms. Backs of buildings, a/c and pipes, etc. Just disappointing.

Unique and unusual. Very clean and full of beautiful plants!! Staff were all exemplary. The restaurant was amazing with super fresh ingredients prepared thoughtfully. Delish:)
