great expereince.. The staff was amazingly great and helpful. Will front desk was very great and gave us great advice on our upcoming trip. He deserves a raise. Everyone has great customer service.

This hotel is great value, and easy to access the sfn airport. However, the wifi is extra charge.. Which is not happy. The price should include the room price. Great staff, great stay overall.

Better than expected

We were leaving on a very early flight so booked a hotel very close to airport for our last night. Proximity was great as we return our rental car that evening at airport then hopped an easy shuttle back to hotel. Made our departure in the morning very easy. Staff we ran into were nice. Room and common areas very clean. Weird there was only one bank if elevators though. Due to layout of hotel we had quite a long walk from elevator to room with way too much luggage. Okay for us but Someone old or impaired would have struggled.

2 rooms for 1 night stay.

Pros: There were 2 room available for the one night.
Cons: Practically everything! Elevators were ok.
Location: We drove to San Francisco to spend the evening. Nothing close by to do.
After paying $160 per room I was expecting a hotel in better condition. The entrance was under construction and confusing. The center of the hotel was very empty and no free breakfast. The pool was outdated and small as was the hot tub. A wedding party was going on at the same time so 1/2 of the pool area was roped off. It felt strange swimming while a large party was nearby. The rooms had a very tiny balcony, so small you could not sit. Beds were ok. Bathroom had no ventilation fan. We called for a tooth brush and tooth paste. The direction says your staff would leave the items at the door. The idiot knocked twice and we were asleep by the time I got up he was opening the door. That is unacceptable!

Very comfortable hotel close to airport

Pros: Quiet, very clean high floor room overlooking San Francisco Bay. Beautiful atrium for a relaxing breakfast.
Location: Across one fairly quiet road to SanFrancisco Bay. An American Grill restaurant across the road.
. Free courtesy shuttles between airport and hotel very requent and efficient. BART station at San Francisco Airport provides comfortable transportation into city in around 30 minutes at $17.30 return.

Good Airport Hotel

Pros: Everything!
Only overnighted at this hotel but wished I had time to enjoy the facilities. Staff wonderful. The door man actually got me a paper while I waited for the airport shuttle bus! Nice guy.

Rooms are okay, however Internet would not work, spotty. The restaurant for breakfast was an issue, no one cleared tables in time, people started seating themselves as there were tables they could see but no one came to seat them. You have to wait for a long time for bills or coffee. For a hyatt this is bad service, rooms are decent and clean though.

Pros: The staff was awesome. The room was amazing.
Cons: The hotel operator does not help at all. She is so unproffessional compared with the rest of the staff. Will put you on hold for 14 minutes.many times
