Nice hotel, near to the AirPort. quiet, so good

Pros: It's nice
Cons: Everyting is Ok
Location: Location is good. near to the airport and beach. Many restaurants near to it. A beautiful place.
It was a good experience! The building is nice The restrooms are beautiful and quite. The global services are good. I'll back soon

Don at the front desk is awesome. So nice accommodating. He is the best hotel staff I dealt with in a long time. Room was clean but the parking garage was loud at night. Alarms from cars and people talking loud with echoing.

Great airport hotel - Central Peninsula

Pros: It's now very close to the Millbrae BART stop - so public transportation is within a long walking distance.
Cons: Room service menu is weak - walk to Max's.
Location: Bay Area - there are a thousand things to do!
This property has been around for at least 30 years. I grew up in Burlingame and remember its construction when all of the other Airport Hotels were built. It's still a great property. Very clean rooms and my TV worked, which is something I can't say for the last three name brand hotel chains I've stayed at. Very close walking distance to Max's Opera Cafe if you enjoy a fine deli.

空港送迎に疑問。

ロサンゼルスからの移動で、また翌日の朝のフライトでしたので、送迎もついている空港近くのこのホテルにしました。空港で15分位送迎を待っていて、バスが来たのでいつも通り自分たちで荷物を持って乗ろうとすると、「ちょっと待って!荷物は触らないでそのままにして先に乗って!」とドライバーに言われました。仕方なく言われるがままに先に乗り込むと、私たちのスーツケースを雑に扱いながら終いには靴で蹴り飛ばす始末。そうされるのも不快だし自分たちでやるって言ったのに・・・と思いながらホテルに着いたので、また自分たちの荷物を取ろうとすると、また同じことを言われ先に降ろされました。そして、荷物を降ろし終えたドライバーが、どう考えてもおく必要の無かった小さな紙袋・ビニール袋の分までチップを要求してきました。とっても不快でしたが、ずっと手を出したままその場を退かないので、手持ちのこまかいドルが無かったのでいたしかたなく荷物の数の分よりかなり多くのチップを渡しました。はっきり言って、タクシーに乗った方が安かった。その時点で不信感マックスでした。 そして翌日の朝、帰国のため空港へ向かう時も同じドライバーでした。昨日の教訓を活かし、全て自分たちでやろうとしましたが無理矢理荷物を取られ、空港に着くと、私たちの最後の荷物と引き替えにチップをくれ、荷物を渡してくれず強要されました。しかし、こまかいドルはおろか、手持ちが無かったためその旨を伝えると、バスのエンジンを付けたまま、ドアも開けっ放しのまま空港内に入って来て、何処の国のお金でもいいから渡せ!と言って来ました。ないと断ると、キャッシングしろだの、カバンやスーツケースを開けろだの、15分くらいしつこく離れませんでした。日本に帰国後のタクシー代の1万円札を、俺が両替するからと、私たちからすると恐喝もいいとこです。天下のハイアットでこんな思いをするとは・・・。もうこんな思いはこりごりです。

Location: They have a shuttle into Burlingame town center if you need to do some shopping or eat somewhere else.
The hotel was perfect for a one night stop over onto a International flight. I stopped into the Pub within the hotel , the staff was great but the food was terrible.

This hotel is located just few miles from San Fransisco and next to the airport, the hotel is nice and I really liked the free parking.

Pros: Location, style and cleanliness!
This hotel is reasonably priced and very close to the airport. They also have a free shuttle to the airport which runs every 15 minutes. However, our waiter for the brunch in the morning (Drew) was useless. He forgot about everything we ordered (and it was a buffet!). His "assistant" did all the work and because we were more than 6 people, an 18% gratuity was automatically added to our bill.
