Good location, kind ofPosted Apr 12, 2014
Cons: Sound proofing, free ear plugs
It's a decent location as easy to get a bus to other parts of the city, but it's so close to the road that you really need ear plugs - easily the noisiest place I've ever stayed

Mediocre hotel in need of TLCPosted Apr 8, 2014
Pros: The beds are comfy and it is clean.
Cons: Friendliness and maintenance.
Location: It's across the street from Walgreens and walking distance to the Palace of Fine Arts. Walk about 4-6 blocks down and you can rent bikes.
We had a regular room on the 3rd floor with 2 queen beds. Parking is free. Our room had a view of the Golden Gate Bridge from afar, nothing too crazy. As for places to eat, there wasn't much. You'd have to hop into a cab or drive to get to the good spots. The area wasn't as lively as we had hoped. When trying to sleep it was very loud. We were surrounded by rooms on both sides and to the back of us. The walls are thin. We could hear our neighbors talking, walking up the stairs, cars driving by. We had ant problems on our 2nd night. Our iron did not have a cap on it so water continuously spilled out when ironing our clothes. The new one we requested had the same problem. When asking for 2 extra towels, we were questioned what for? The "continental breakfast" wasn't anything too fancy. There was toast and oatmeal. When walking in to the front desk, the staff seemed like they could care less to help, smile, make small talk. I asked for hot water and a fork, the guy at the front desk didn't even get up to show me where they were. He simply stated, "on the top shelf." Our last night the water wouldn't turn on. Ran it for a couple minutes and it was going again. The remote to our TV didn't work. On a brighter note, ate at Squat & Gobble a block down for brunch one day and I would highly recommend it! Friendly people, good customer service, good food.

Good location for the pricePosted Apr 4, 2014
Pros: The location can't be beat (if the sights you want to see are over by the bridge)
Cons: Cleanliness and bathrooms
Location: The Walt Disney museum in the Presidio is fantastic and very well put together. It's about 3-4 hours to take in the whole thing, but well worth it.
Decent hotel for the price. I mean you get what you pay for. I booked a king room. The bedroom itself did not feel cramped to me, but the bathroom was very small...and not very clean. That was the only part of the room I would say needs upgrading - the bathroom / shower. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. It is a great location for walking to the Presidio, Golden Gate Bridge and the Palace of Fine Arts. Everything else is just a bus ride away. About half an hour to Chinatown. I never felt unsafe walking back to the hotel at night from the Wharf area. The front desk lady is very nice and helpful with directions and places to eat. Their free breakfast consisted of toast, english muffins, oatmeal and fruit. Not overly impressed, but saves money compared to eating out. I don't know that I would go back mostly because I didn't feel it was adequately clean and for that price we could have gotten a room with fridge microwave combo at another hotel. It's not horrible, but there are probably better options out there.

Good hotel with free parkingPosted Apr 2, 2014
Cons: Slight odd smell to room.
Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Close to Golden Gate Bridge and free parking. Bus stops close, so used public transport to explore other areas. Basic breakfast ok.

Great location for a good price.Posted Mar 29, 2014
Hotel staff is very friendly. The room was very clean and nice. The mattress was decent but the pillows were a little flat for my liking and the water pressure in the shower wasn't great. Overall, it was a good experience and we would stay here again.

Quality Hotel for a Good Price in a Good LocationPosted Mar 27, 2014
The hotel was easy to find, right on the bus route, and the staff helped us find the best way to reach our destination. Free Parking is always a plus, and the rooms look newly remodeled, and we comfortable and well equipped.

Convenient hotel, economical and roomyPosted Mar 22, 2014
Pros: Large room, convenient location, easy to get to, free parking.
Cons: Breakfast was very minimal, fan in bathroom was loud.
Location: Great location in the marina district of San Francisco. Close to Chestnut Street, Union Street, the Presidio and Golden Gate Bridge.
We've stayed in a number of hotels in the area and this was one of the best. Free parking, large room with very comfortable bed, close to shopping and good restaurants and tourist attractions. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is a discount for AARP and returning customers. Be sure to ask for this when booking. We'll be back.

Nice hotel near all major attractions....Posted Mar 17, 2014
Pros: Location,Price and Good Condition of Rooms.
Cons: They can rent microwave or put in rooms since mostly people are travels from outside and may need MW.Breakfast can be better.
Location: Near to golden gate bridge and Park,Museum, fisherman wharf and pier 39.
The hotel is good in all aspects, it is near to all attractions. The room i was staying had a king bed(good condition) and also has a fridge but not micro wave. The hotel staff is also good and helpful. The breakfast they give is very basic, juice, bread and one or 2 more small things(can be much better). The things i can suggest to hotel staff is that they can rent microwave or put in rooms since mostly people are travels from outside and they may need microwave and fridge in rooms(currently every time a person needs to go to lobby for heating food). Rest i will highly recommend this hotel to travels who want to be near all major San Francisco attraction.
