Great hotel from a to z....

Posted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: Location, Staff, Amenities, Cleanliness, etc.
Cons: More consistency in the staff's style of cleaning. Both are very good, but we could tell when a different person did our room.
Location: We found great eateries, an awesome cigar bar, easy access to the Bart, coffee shops, retail, banks and a Walgreens.
This was our first time to San Francisco and we will definitely be staying at the Omni when we go back. From the time the bellman opened the door, welcomed us and offered to take our bags to the second we checked out we received first class service and attention. They even checked us in early without us even asking which was refreshing to see. I would definitely say for the price this was more than worth it.

Everything is great and even the parking service. It may be the most cheapest parking in the financial district.

Fabulous staff always attentive but never overbearing. Clean facilities, great mattress on bed and large room. One of the best in the country

Too expensive for what you get

Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Bar located in the Hotel.
Cons: Better beds and cheaper parking.
Location: Chinatown and Union Square
Not much to say. It was a basic hotel where you paid for parking (33 dollars) and you got a small room with no view, small TV and dissapointing bed. Would not pay to stay here again.

Best rate found for a top notch Hotel in Downtown

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: The hotel was very elegant and had great customer service.
Cons: In room WiFi should be included in the hotel rate and all the taxes they charge. The all day Valet with in/out privileges was used to its max.
Location: Walking distance to The Ferry Building which also has a great marketplace, Chinatown, Bart, Trolly Cars. Located In the Financial District.
For a one night stay it was great. The hotel is very elegant and at a great location. Rooms are nice, your typical nice hotel. Nothing really stands out though.

Location: Good location, just next to Chinatown. Easy to walk to Union Square. Located in the Financial District.
Very good hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel not too far from Union Square. Rooms comfortable. If you want excursions ask Mark the Concierge he is very knowledgeable.

Omni San Francisco

This hotel was fancy, but the beds were small, and there were no amenities such as a pool or fitness center. For the price, I expected much more.

Visit to SF

Great hotel close to china town and the cable cars. Beds were far too soft and we didn't get a good nights sleep. Overall I would recommend this place.
