Too expensive for what you getPosted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Bar located in the Hotel.
Cons: Better beds and cheaper parking.
Location: Chinatown and Union Square
Not much to say. It was a basic hotel where you paid for parking (33 dollars) and you got a small room with no view, small TV and dissapointing bed. Would not pay to stay here again.

Best rate found for a top notch Hotel in DowntownPosted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: The hotel was very elegant and had great customer service.
Cons: In room WiFi should be included in the hotel rate and all the taxes they charge. The all day Valet with in/out privileges was used to its max.
Location: Walking distance to The Ferry Building which also has a great marketplace, Chinatown, Bart, Trolly Cars. Located In the Financial District.
For a one night stay it was great. The hotel is very elegant and at a great location. Rooms are nice, your typical nice hotel. Nothing really stands out though.

Very good hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel not too far from Union Square. Rooms comfortable. If you want excursions ask Mark the Concierge he is very knowledgeable.

Omni San FranciscoPosted Aug 15, 2014
This hotel was fancy, but the beds were small, and there were no amenities such as a pool or fitness center. For the price, I expected much more.

Visit to SFPosted Aug 9, 2014
Great hotel close to china town and the cable cars. Beds were far too soft and we didn't get a good nights sleep. Overall I would recommend this place.

Great facility and staff!Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: The rooms were well-appointed, comfortable and modern. The staff was so friendly that even people who were obviously off duty took time to greet us.
Location: Chinatown is just up the street, Little Italy is around the corner, and the piers are a short walk and a trolley ride away.
This hotel is not only close to everything, but the staff is extremely helpful. The concierge staff in particular was first rate. Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.

Great location close to all sitesPosted Aug 2, 2014
Pros: Great room, firm mattresses, perfect temperature for sleeping. Great tips from the door men on things to do.
Location: Chinatown, Little Italy, Fisherman's wharf and movie theaters were all walking distance. Cable car stop just outside the front doors.
Wonderful experience for a 3 day weekend stay with our teenage son. Hotel was in a quiet location which was great for night time sleeping but was also walking distance to all the terrific SF sites and quaint neighborhoods. Rooms were a comfortable size and check in and hotel staff was exceptional. We were there on the weekend of the SF Marathon and a big movie filming and despite all the hub hub, the accomodations worked perfectly. Really enjoyed our stay.

Walked to China town, mass transit was close. Trolley ran down the street in front of the hotel.

We had a great stay. Great location. Laura at front desk helped print out Tix to AT&T Park and gave hints on travel. Darrel at front door was also very helpful. Hotel was clean and luxurious.

Nice hotel, good locationPosted Jul 14, 2014
We had six people in my group, so we had two rooms, each with 2 double beds. It was a little tight fitting two people in a double bed but it was manageable. Of course, that has more to do with the size of beds, not the hotel itself, but just an FYI, since there is not room for a roll away if you have 2 double beds. We had 8 people in the room at one point just hanging out, and it was not a problem, so the rooms were differently big enough. One thing I found strange was there was no fan in the bathroom. Wasn't a big deal, but just thought it was strange. Staff was very nice, and very quick to accommodate a couple requests we had. The location of the hotel itself, is pretty good. It is in the financial district, so it is a little bit limiting in terms of food options right around there, but we went to dinner at North Beach which was about a 5 to 10 minute walk away so not a big deal at all. Everyone in my group had a positive experience, and I would stay here again.
