Carpet is showing a bit of wear (bubbles from no longer being fully stretched) but everything else was great, especially the views from our corner 24th floor room

Great hotel in central downtown San Francisco

I got a very good price via Expedia. It is a large hotel but the service is quite personal. In general everything friendly. The breakfast buffet is relative expensive but is rich in variety and includes also coffee and refilled juice.

Concierge and front desk staff were first rate.

Posted Jan 22, 2015
Pros: Location can not be beat. My only beef? No robes in rooms.
Cons: Better security. Although it is a non-smoking hotel, there are plenty of smokers outside near intake vents.
Location: A quick 2 minute walk from Powell Street BART station. Close to Powell Street but far enough away from crowds and noise.
I was allowed to check in no earlier than 11AM. Otherwise, I would have to pay $75. (I've never heard of a fee to check in early). Bell desk, concierge and front desk staff were awesome: professional, courteous and kind.

Comfortable hotel in ideal location.

Posted Jan 22, 2015
Pros: Location and friendly valet parking staff. Competitive price if you avoid "add-ons".
Cons: Room decor is a bit dated and worn. Broken Bathroom fixture when we checked in was immediately repaired.
Location: Close to shopping and public transportation. Very convenient location.
Unfortunate guest disturbance in the hallway at 2:00 a.m. Hotel staff quickly addressed the situation.

Very nice stay in SF

Posted Jan 20, 2015
Pros: The view
Location: The area is a bit scary on the Tenderloin side of the hotel, but it is fine on the union square side.
I had a really good experience with the Parc 55 Wyndham. The view was really pretty and the staff was lovely. Check out the concierge desk if you stay here because they were extremely helpful with questions about the nearby area. I wanted a nice weekend trip from school where I could enjoy San Francisco, and that was what I got.

Beautiful hotel but could use free WiFi.

Pros: Comfortable Rooms
Cons: They could offer free WiFi
Location: Close to great shopping, dining and other tourist areas.
Beautiful hotel but could use free WiFi. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly. A bit noisy at night but they provide earplugs.

if you are looking for a place in San Francisco to go sight seeing and to visit this probably isn't the hotel unless you're into shopping and enjoying big name stores with big prices and parking at 51 dollars a day is a ripoff

Stayed one night, hotel staff were very friendly, and the view from our room was great. Great hotel for the price!
