NO MUG CUP

Posted Jun 24, 2015
They only had starbucks coffee paper cups provided and some plastic cups for the cold drinks. Since it was quite windy & chilly in SFC and I do not drink coffee It would have been better if they had mug cups and kettle in room.

Nice hotel, convenient location

Posted Jun 23, 2015
Cons: Free, secure wi-fi in guest rooms would be nice.
Location: Convention center easy walking distance. Restaurants and shipping within walking distance. Easy walk to cable cars.
We had a comfortable room. I needed a refrigerator for my medications which was graciously provided.

One night

Posted Jun 20, 2015
It was good, clean and friendly. I have nothing more to say but Expedia wants a minimum message length so you can completely ignore the rest of this.

Great location, bad everything else.

Posted Jun 19, 2015
Pros: Location was the only good aspect of this hotel.
Cons: Almost everything. The room I was given was clearly a last resort room when they have no space left. The second room was better but still not good.
Location: The location is great. AT&T Park is a mile walk down 3rd St, and the heart of the Union Square and China Town are a short walk the opposite direction.
I was staying in San Francisco for a number of days and needed a room to round out the last 2 days of the trip which is how I came to book the Park Central Hotel. During check in I was told that I was "upgraded" to a better room, and sent on my way. When entering the room we noticed that we were placed in a room that was in an angle of the hotel's architecture, so the entire room was small, cramped, and triangular. This is where the real fun started. Below is a list of the problems we then found with the room: 1. The drain plug of the shower was ripped out and hanging on the bottom of the shower, which did not have a light and was quite dark while inside 2. Due to the triangular shape of the room, when closing the bathroom door from fully open to closed, it would get stuck on the bathroom counter (made contact with the counter about halfway through and required some force to continue swinging shut) 3. The toilet was inches away from the shower and blocked about half of it making it tough to get in and out 4. There were no outlets on the left bedside table or below. The outlet on the right was very close to the ground and hard to access as it was under the table. The only other outlets were across the room 5. Large paint chips on the ceiling and holes in the wall where a painting should have been 6. Either the coffee machine or the outlets did not work properly because it would not stay on Informed the desk about the shower and was moved to a new room the next day.

Pleasant hotel, well located for Moscone

Posted Jun 19, 2015
Pros: Rooms are cool and not stuffy, even without aircon running. Quiet
Cons: Free WiFi - For the price of the room this should be included. Instead a not entirely nominal per 24 hour charge is made for access.
Location: Near Moscone and Yeurba Buena gardens.
I stayed for 8 days during a conference. I was offered an upgrade of a 28th floor with a great view.

Excelente!

Posted Jun 15, 2015
Pros: Conforto da cama, tamanho do quarto, vista!
Cons: Internet gratuita no quarto!
Location: Proximo a muitos restaurantes, estacionamento e lojas.

Central to Union Square

Posted Jun 14, 2015
Pros: Location, personnel.
Cons: Disliked the minibar filling the best drawer in the chest of drawers. For a week's stay, we needed the drawer space.
Location: The best in shopping and restaurants surrounding, try the Grove for breakfast.
Recently renovated rooms offered large views of city. Pleasant beds with evening quiet for early retirees. Restaurant and bar areas nicely done, comfortable for conversation. Excellent concierge help with restaurants. Front desk was very helpful with checkin, felt accommodating.

hotel con excelente ubicacion

Posted Jun 9, 2015
