Great location but.....Posted Aug 2, 2015
Stayed in a newly renovated room for 3 nights. Pretty to look at but not functional. No plugs for chargers, bathroom faucets installed backwards, nautical design cute but room dimly lit and hard on eyes. Maintenance had to remove window seat because it blocked the air flow and room would not cool. And when we checked in we wondered why there were ear plugs on the night stand unt construction started promptly at 7 am the next morning.

Beautiful and great locationPosted Jul 31, 2015
The hotel is under renovations and we stayed in one of the new rooms. They are beautiful. And the location can't ask for better. Minutes walk to Fishermans Warf.

Convenient locationPosted Jul 30, 2015
Pros: The location of the hotel is perfect. You can walk, bike or take a trolley to all the sightseeing musts San Francisco has to offer.
Location: Things to do: walk to Fisherman's Wharf, the Palace of Fine Arts, bike the Golden Gate Bridge or take a trolley to China Town.
Normally I hate hotels - but this is a very clean and well kept hotel, with friendly and helpful staff.

Great location. Noise starts at 5.00amPosted Jul 29, 2015
Pros: Location was perfect.
Cons: Wish it had a swimming pool, would make it a fab hotel.
Location: The location was ideal. In the middle of the tourity Fishermans Wharf, but far enough away from it too.
Great location. Trams 3 mins walk. Fishermans Wharf 5 mins walk. Pier 39 10 mins. Ferrys under and around bay 5 mins. Starbucks and Dennys ( for coffe and/or cheap breakfasts 3 mins away. Room big. Beds comfortable. Shower good. noisey, but didnt expect it to be quiet. Between 11 pm and around 5.00 am it was quiet though.

Good location bad customer servicePosted Jul 27, 2015
The hotel has a great location but remodeling made it dusty, the room and hallway smelled like fresh paint with a strong smell. Most of the staff were very nice but house keeping was very rude. We came back to our room at 3:30 and the room had not been serviced. When a house keeper was asked she was very rude to my wife and after calling the front desk our room was cleaned but we had to wait for about an hour, and then had to leave the room for a long time to have it cleaned after a long day of walking around and wanted to rest.?

Work/FamilyPosted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: The decor is very modern and the beds were comfortable.
Cons: They did not offer room service. Also there was quite a bit of traffic noise. They provided ear plugs on the night stand... but still.
Location: The hotel is walking distance from the Wharf and so many of the spectacular things the City has to offer.
I traveled to San Francisco for work and visited with family. This hotel was just rennovated and I love the modern style.

Under RenovationsPosted Jul 26, 2015
This hotel is under major renovations. It is very noisy from 7 am until the late evening hours. The hallways are dusty and very crowded with workers carrying building supplies and power tools. Once the renovations are do e, this hotel will be beautiful and it is in a great location. Until the renovations are complete, I would not book this hotel.

Avoid.....construction work may ruin your stay.Posted Jul 26, 2015
We were informed by front desk at check in of construction work. No mention of this at booking. Receptionist told us she was giving us "newly refurbished rooms, but there might be a bit of dust in corridor due to work on other rooms". She lied. Rooms were in the unchanged part of hotel on first floor so lots of street noise plus construction workers arrived at 7:30am every morning. At times corridor was thick with dust. No discount on price to reflect this. Breakfast is a total rip off.
