Hotel under renovation

Pros: in the center
Hallaway under renovation No toilets / shower in rooms (have to move out the room). A lot of accariens (bad for my allergy) Bad lamps Bed was OK

Good room facilities

Pros: Location and room facilities
Cons: The corridors are quite messy as there is a lot of work going on to make improvements
Location: The location is very close to all the department stores and there are lots of restaurants nearby.
I was apprehensive before going to stay at the Post Hotel because of all the poor reviews but I was glad we took the chance on it. Granted - there is a lot of work going on in the corridors to make improvements but the room itself was just fine. The room had all the facilities we needed and the location was excellent - very close to Union Square.

Very old hotel

Location is at downtown with lots of thugs all around. Unsafe area speacially if you are parking outside. High parking rates sometimes you will pay almost 30 Dollars just for parking overnight. Lift was not working. Room was nice but over allhorrible. Late night staff was friendly and Good

Good location

Nice bed, linnens, and bath towels . Just keep your eyes closed till you get to your room! Old hotel under construction! Ancient elevater but it was working when we were there. Overall not a bad room. It was fairly quiet as well

Run away, fast

I didn't even make it past he lobby for this hotel. The lobby was dilapidated with holes in the wall, wires hanging from said holes, an elevator that looked like it could give out at any moment.. Then the exterior, there were homeless hanging around outside begging for money and zero chance to park your vehicle and unload any baggage you may have. The front desk person was very rude and seemed to be annoyed at me being there. I RAN across the street to the JW Marriott and ate the price for this reservation and paid 3x as much for that new hotel. At least I slept easy knowing I wasn't sleeping on a bed infested with begs or something

Post Hotell, billigt och bra.

Stor renovering av lobby och korridorer tog ner helhetsintrycket. Dock var rummet fint och rent. Rätt litet men hade allt man förväntar sig av ett hotell i prisklassen. Vi tänkte stanna en natt, men det blev till slut fyra. Mycket skön säng. Något lyhört, men så här under lågsäsong var det helt ok. Vi hade rum med fönster in mot gården vilket underlättade. Ingen ac vilket troligt blir väldigt varmt under sommaren, men utgjorde inget problem i februari. Takfläkt fanns. Nära och bra in till union square, med affärer och Cable Car. Rekommenderas.

Stayed one night for business. Entire interior of hotel was being renovated. Workers were up at 6am.

walking in you feel the place is a dump. Rating it "3" overstates what to expect.
