Aweful stayPosted May 26, 2015
Going under renovation. Will become an independent hotel seperate from Radisson chain. No sleep number bed, rooms not as nice as depicted in pictures, bathrooms adequate but out dated. Heating/AC not automatic, have to manually control. Remote to TV doesn't work well. No gym, have to walk a block away to use 24 hr fitness center.

Great hotelPosted May 26, 2015
The room was fantastic. The decor (map of SF , cool dart board , cool light fixtures). The king size bed was comfy, the TV was nice, and the bathroom was sweet. The registration staff was friendly and helpful

Decent hotel...Posted May 26, 2015
The hotel had potential (it is in an EXCELLENT location), but because of lots of renovations, the overall experience was just decent. The room key we were given did not work consistently, and we were "accidentally" charged $55 for parking (we did not even have a car). The room itself was clean and luxurious. However, the TV was not working and despite multiple requests for help, the staff never came to fix it. Once the hotel is renovated, I think it would be a much better experience. Our stay, on the other hand, was not worth the high price we paid.

Location is what you pay forPosted May 26, 2015
Super disappointed that there wasn't a pool or hot tub even though they advertise that they have a pool And extremely disappointed that they advertise that all of their rooms have sleep number beds and our room did not. My husband has a bad back so that was why we chose this place because they offered those beds. Super inconvenient that they were under construction and no discount for that annoyance. Rooms were clean staff was good and it was close to attractions that's all this place had going for it

An utter disappointmentPosted May 26, 2015
Pros: The staff were friendly.
Cons: Attention to detail!
Location: It is very close to fisherman's wharf, however when we were there the entrance for the hotel near fisherman's wharf was closed so you had to walk an e
The hotel was under construction, so some things were understandable. BUT, for $300 per night I expected a lot more. The room had no microwave, it was very small. no plug in the tub to take a bath. When we returned to our room late the second evening there were no clean wash cloths, no clean towels, no shampoo. The room was noisy with people in the halls all night long. The elevator was so slow, and there was only one functioning. The lobby was the size of a small bedroom. I will say the staff were very nice and responsive which was the saving grace for the place! We won't stay here again!

Good location but hotel was under constructionPosted May 23, 2015
Pros: Room was OK in size and comfortable. There was some construction noise on a few of the days and a power outage for about 3 hours on one day
Cons: Almost everything! I'm sure it will be fine when the work is done - but worth far less than we were charged in its current state.
Location: Close to all the ameneties of Fishermans Wharf and ferries and boat rides to various locations including Alcatraz
Due to construction there were no facilities apart from the room. We understood we were going to a hotel with a pool, a lounge area, etc. Very disappointing. Am requesting refund.

Total renovation in processPosted May 22, 2015
Pros: The room was updated with plenty of charging stations.
Cons: Be informed that a renovation project was underway.
Location: Fisherman's wharf was right outside.
Horrible first impression, couldn't fined entrance due to renovation project. Major renovation was not mentioned by Expedia so was very disappointed. We were upgraded to a new renovated room on the water which was very nice. However, Maid service never came to clean during our first full day.
