Great Location and Bay Views!

Pros: The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Our room had a nice view of the courtyard/pool and Alcatraz Island in The Bay.
Cons: The rooms are on the small side with only full-size beds available...no queens. The bathroom door opens by the bed rather than in the vestibule.
Location: Outstanding location!! Shopping, restaurants, car rental, tours, & public transportation just steps away! Terrific Bay view and atmosphere!
We were very pleased with our stay at The Radisson Hotel Fisherman's Wharf. You can literally walk across the street for access to everything you need in order to see San Francisco and the surrounding area!

Location: Great location - 1 block from wharf. Easy walk to bay and wharf!
We loved the location - we didn't have a car and it was an easy walk to Fishermans Wharf and transportation.

Interrupted Sleep

Pros: The location and the helpfult staff especially the information desk.
Cons: Whatever was causing so much noise in the middle of the night, should be investigated and corrected before allocating the room to another customer.
Location: Very good location - with so many things to do nearby
Although the Hotel is in an ideal location and the staff were more than helpful, the room we were put in was awful. I'm not sure what was above our room but for the 2 nights we were there, we could hear foot steps pounded the floor above us in the middle of the night for long periods of time. The first night we thought it was a one off so we didn't complain and then it happened again the second night but as we were leaving, there was no point complaining. It was surprising since you'd have expected the room above us to have a carpet to die out any sounds of footsteps but then it dawned on me that it was probably a hall way of some kind with people walking up and down through out the night. The reason why I will not recommend this hotel to anyone is because when we checked in to the hotel, we over heard a customer complain about not being able to sleep and wanted a room change. We concluded that either all the rooms had the same problem, or rather than fix the problem, they re-assigned the customer's room to us which I think is appalling customer service to betray the trust of a new customer by giving them an unsuitable room.

The hotel is right next to pier 39 and right next to everything. Close to pier 33 for Alcatraz cruises and right next to fishermen's wharf. Close to Ripley's and all the tour buses

3 elevators and they were not working at one point all of them. Room outdated , no place to get a coffee

Burn the sleep numbers

I will not stay in radisson until they get rid of the sleep number mattresses. My back still hurts.

The hotel was very nice. The staff wss helpful. The location is great. It is right across yhe street from fishermens wharf. I will absolutely here again.
