“adequate hotel w great airport shuttle service”

Fine but nothing special. Shuttles to the airport go every half hour. My room seemed cold and I couldn't get it warmed up, but I was tired so did not report it to the staff. Otherwise this is a perfectly adequate hotel by the airport.

“Not impressed”

We found a few things, one the internet kept cutting out every 15minutes. 2. they say their shuttle runs every 10 minutes not so every 30 minutes. 3. I paid for a river view, if the window was bigger we would hve a river view. Would I stay there again, no. The hotel we had in San Francisco was cheaper and much better value, no internet interruptions.

“hard to sleep”

Two problems with the room: 1. The heating/AC unit is too loud. Each time the heat came on, it woke me up. Had to shut it off. 2. Walls are too thin. I was awakened by the wake-up call sent to the adjacent room. Other than that, the place is fine, but because of those two issues, I wouldn't ever go back.

“Satisfied in San Fancisco”

The check in lady was great, the room was great, the hotel staff treated us very well.The elevators werte fast, coffe was excellent and the lobby is very clean and comfortable. My only complaints were the Sleep Number bed was less comfortable than a standard bed and left me with a stiff back in the morning. I recommend going with a standard bed unless you really like Sleep Numbver beds. Also the waiter in the restaurant downstairs was crabby, uneducated in the food he was serving and condescending as well. The host was professional and nice so it wasn't a terrible experience. The food was good but not great.

Area recommendations

We were staying in this neighborhood for just one night because it was close to the airport but far enough away to not experience too much airport noise. There was a nice walking path by the water that made for a nice relaxing evening walk. Other than the marina the area was mostly businesses. It is a very clean well kept neighborhood.

“A LITTLE DISSATISFIED”

The Radisson Hotel is nice enough but we arrived later in the evening and then went down to the bar/restaurant for a glass of wine and appetizer. The wine came immediately but the appetizer took FOREVER. After almost 30 minutes we told the bartender to cancel the order, we were fed up with waiting. He didn't even seem to care. My wife spoke to the manager and he apologized and offered to comp us the appetizer and bring it to our room. Good enough but the damage was done. The bartender should be fired. The place was NOT busy and we felt ignored and like our patronage didn't matter. SO - we'll pick a different hotel next time - one that might care we book there.
