Clean and comfortable

Posted Jan 24, 2015
Pros: Clean, comfortable and affordable, plus a shuttle to the airport.
Cons: The breakfast.
Location: I didn't go out.
My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The Continental Breakfast was mediocre at best but the coffee was good.

Horrible manager

Posted Dec 22, 2014
I had a dilemma with the hotel charging my account and so the supervisor at the time told me that they could not do anything and I would have to speak with the manage. So I waited and called the manager. He was not helpful at all and very rude. I stayed at the hotel a couple times and one time I have a problem I was treated with no costume service. I strongly don't recommend this hotel. BTW the manager was Rolando

the motel was under construction,

Posted Dec 13, 2014
Pros: close to the freeway and the rates
Location: shopping, close to freeways, the airport was 5 minutes away
the motel was under construction and the internet access for us at least was spotty and kept disconnecting. the manager seemed careless and just said we cannot do anything for you. The room itself was comfortable though.

Nice, but currently under renovation. see below.

Posted Dec 4, 2014
Pros: Room was clean. Bathroom well stocked. Everything was working, e.g., TV, Shower, Heater .
Cons: Hurry up with the renovation.
Location: N.A. We stayed just the night before our flight.
This Ramada Inn will be very nice (I think) once the construction/renovation is complete. It still has the large rooms I remember from other Ramada Inns from the past. Traffic was light during the night. It is on El Camino Real.

You get what you pay for

If you are looking for somewhere cheap to stay outside of the city then go for it. Be advised the exterior of the hotel is under construction so you might have a slightly annoying time with no hotel sign. Overall the hotel was ok. I just wasn't feeling shady San Bruno.
