Pros: Comfortable. Nothing outstanding, but ok.
The staff was very helpful in finding things to do, while there.

Pros: Great big room.
Cons: The lobby area.
Location: Close to the airport, many eating options behind the hotel, not on El Camino Real.
I was a little wary upon driving up to this hotel, it was under construction and from El Camino Real the neighbor did not look the best. Once getting into the cramped parking I was very pleased by the friendliness of the front desk person. I returned my car that night and planned to take the free shuttle the following morning to the airport. Once back to the hotel the front desk suggested nearby restaurants, behind the hotel not on El Camino Real - which were many and easy walking.

Too expensive for the quality.

I wasn't warned by Expedia that the hotel is under major renovation. The one night stay was worth less than half of what I paid. I want a partial refund of my payment of one night stay. TOO EXPENSIVE!!!!!!!

This hotel was just OK The room was fine but there was chipped paint in the bathroom, older used looking tub and areas of "replaster" in the ceiling.

Place to stay if you have no other choice

Posted Oct 3, 2014
Pros: Near airport.
Cons: Everything
Location: Middle of nowhere, No good place to eat.
AC was not working-showed it to manager who offered to fix the next day. I was checking out at 800 the next day. Hotel is under renovation- should have mentioned this. Shuttle to airport is once every hour- again not mentioned anywhere. $ 628 for 2 days for such a average hotel in the middle of nowhere. Hotel is near the airport but you need to take a cab. BART is 1.1 miles away- not a great option if u have luggage or if you are planning to take BART to go to SFO.

Disappointing visit to Ramada

Posted Oct 1, 2014
Pros: proximity to airport
Cons: everything - cleanliness, customer service, timely service to and from airport.
After a day of travel I was looking for a nice place to settle before taking an early flight out the next morning...what a disappointment. The shuttle service from the airport didn't show for over 45 minutes, then, the hotel itself wasn't clean as you'd expect a Ramada to be. Very disappointing.

Close to the airport, but that's about it.

Pros: It was close to the airport.
Cons: See above section on experience.
Not a good experience. Our daughter had an early flight so we went the night before and stayed close to the airport. The first room had cooked rice on the floor, sticky stuff on the nightstand, and an unplugged phone that looked like someone with muddy fingers used it last. We plugged in the phone and called the front desk, they had to call back. They were going to send someone to clean, we asked for another room. It was cleaner. They advertised breakfast from 6:30-9:30, we arrived around 7:30...the juice machine dispensed WATER, the coffee had 1/2C left, we weren't confident that the milk was cold enough and the cream cheese was in a bowl instead of individual packets. The apple was good. No attendant in sight and we did not have time to hunt one down.

Would mot stay here again.

very old, but not quaint hotel. Reminded me of an old motel from the '60s. Has not been updated, however the place was under construction. Room smelled like an old folks home. Not very well lit. Hotel manager was nice but uses an old style for storing information. Wrote my license number on a paper that he kept which did mot make me feel good. I cannot recommend this hotel.
