Rooms need updating

Pros: The location is good, the staff is friendly, comfortable bed, hot water was forthcoming
Cons: The room is a bit dark; the mirror is inconvenient and in a dark pass-through by the closet. The TV reception was bad, and online checkout was broken
Location: Shopping, parking, Moscone Convention Center, lots of food and drink choices within walking distance.
Stayed for only one night after a company function. Was put on the 9th floor towards one end The rooms are adequate but not well-appointed. The facilities are well-kept but are not striking. The amenities are mediocre. There's not a lot of wow-factor to this location. There was a room service tray and the assorted dishes outside the room across the hall that was there upon my arrival on Friday at 7pm and was still there upon my departure on Saturday at 11 am. Yuck.

Good hotel awesome location!

Cons: I hated that you need to pay 14 for the wifi.
Location is excellent, staff very friendly and hotel has all amenities you'd expect. Only disappointment for me is having to pay for wifi ($14 a day), considering it's a business hotel and in a tech hub like San Francisco I expected a better deal.

Disappointment in Marriott

Cons: Better communication from management. More oversight of housekeeping.
Room not well cleaned and well stocked (misssing bath towels). Bed not made next day. Front desk manager not customer-oriented when discussing issues about stay.

Stay Anywhere But Here!

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Better customer service; definitely more competent valet service. The valet manager attitude was atrocious!!
Location: Great location -- very central.
Room was not ready upon arrival, even though I had specifically called ahead of time to inform hotel that we were arriving late. Also, I had noted it at the time of reservation that it would be a late arrival. Room in order was different than room offered -- I had requested two queen beds and was told they would accommodate us. However, room only had one king bed, with very little room for a rollaway bed for the third person in our group. Hotel has atrocious parking valet service -- too expensive and they caused a scratch to my car, which hotel routinely denied the claim. I had wonderful experience at Marriott Marquis, in Miami; however I will NEVER EVER stay at this hotel!!

Terrible service

Attend refused to get minivan cab. Had to carry 5 suitcases down on my own because bellman busy

Very good Holtel and I recommend it to you. I liked the room and the service. Also I felt comfortable on it. There was a conference of Kuwaiti students and it was awesome
