“Comfortable and convenient”

This hotel was great. Clean room with comfortable beds. Fairly priced and right in the middle of Union Square. It was just a few blocks from the BART station. From San Fran Airport, on the BART ($8.10) out and a short walk to the hotel. What could be better?

“Solid Hotel, Great Location”

I go to SF every 3-4 months and usually stay around Union Square. This is the first time staying at Hotel 480. My room was very clean and comfortable; great bed linens. The workout facility was also very nice with plenty of machines and weights.They are currently undergoing some exterior remodeling, but there are no issues inside. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, even though they had construction going on. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location-near the cable car route and lots of eateries in the area. Walking distance to Chinatown and Union Square.

“Great place for a city week-end”

This was a wonderful choice for us. The rooms were spacious compared to other downtown hotels, everything was close by and we were able to shop, go out dancing, have great meals and relax. The staff was friendly and everything was easy and went smoothly.

“Great stay”

Stayed here for a week on holiday. Spacious, nicely decorated room with 2 double beds. Good view from the 21st floor. No minibar or in-room safe but they were happy to provide a fridge up to our room on request. Great location, one block from Union Square. Starbucks and Wallgreens accross the street.

The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable.Staff are friendly.Overall,my stay was excellent,except for the ongoing,construction when you enter the hotel but when you go to your room ,I can't hear anything.i was impress with the cleanliness of the room.

I enjoyed my stay at Mariott Union Square. Location of this hotel is perfect, within waking distance to bart, cable car and buses stop. The room is pleasing to view, and confortable to stay. Bed is very confortable. Travellers need to be aware that the there is extra charge to use internet and of course, parking is not free at the hotel.
