Pros: Good location
Cons: Noise level high at times.
Location: Near union square and shuttle services. Good eating at Johns on Powell and Ellis
Over all satisfactory, somewhat noisy on weekends and holidays

The hotel photo is not right...

Pros: bar downstairs
Location: san Francisco
We stay Serrano hotel because the hotel photo is really gorgeous! but when we arrived the hotel is not looks like it.. room is too small and bathroom is so tiny..this hotel is not $400 per night hotel.. 17F's wall has red dirty paint or some kind spot.. looks like blood. Im too scary to look the wall.. im not comfortable stay the hotel..

Pros: 浴室はジャグジー付で疲れが取れました
Cons: リゾート料金、1泊22ドルですが、朝のコーヒー、新聞、フィットネス、 火曜、木曜のワインサービスと13泊分の286ドルは高すぎる。
Location: ユニオンスクエア、グレース大聖堂、チャイナタウン
ヨーロッパ調の内装などが好みの方にはお勧めです。 ホテルは古いですが、巨大ホテルより宿泊客が少なく、 ゆったりすごすことが出来ます。 スイートの部屋を探していたのですが、割引率が高く かなり安く宿泊できました。 ケーブルカーの発着所、ユニオンスクエアーに近く また、macy’sやnordstrom、bloominngにも 近く、その中にフードコートがあり、ショッピングも楽しめます。

Overnight at the Serrano

Cons: Probably needs some updating pretty soon
Location: Union square, lots of food choices
It was a quick stay, but everything went well, which was important because we were on a bit of a schedule. This was the first hotel (of about 10-12) that acknowledged the Expedia Elite program. We were upgraded to a nice, spacious suite, and our "resort fee" was waived. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms and hotel were nice, maybe slightly dated. Everything was clean and well kept. Overall a good stay

- small rooms - really terrible bathrooms +shower clogged repair man tried fixing it with a plunger +toilet clogged right after repair man fixed the shower- no explanation as to why the toilet overflowed and was clogged +turn down service doesn't knock to check if anyone is in the room, they just bardge in without warning and, the first day there it happened to be as I was walking out the shower. + why do they charge a $22 per day resort fee?! What resort?! I didn't even get a newspaper in the morning!?!

For your future reference, our resort fee includes many helpful services, like our morning coffee and tea, all day flavored water in reception, morning newspaper, town car service to the financial district, unlimited local calls and faxes, boarding pass printing, use of our bicycles, and free Wi-Fi. We apologize if you were not made aware of the charges before your stay. It sounds like we got off on the wrong foot and we’d love to get it right the next time you’re here! Nice, clean hotel.

Pros: Location, good size for a hotel in SF, clean and comfy.
Cons: Nothing, coffee in the am was good too.
Location: Shopping, accessible to almost anything.
We stayed for 2 nights just to go around places we have not since since we have visited SF before. Very close to Union Square, walkable distance to Fisherman's Wharf. I will pick this hotel without hesitation!

Location: Not a lot of dining nearby. But parking was literally next door for a good rate.
Nice cozy room with comfortable beds. Was there for a quick one night stay. Walking distance to union square.

Rooms very dated! Our air conditioning did not work well at all!! Mold on the sheetrock in our room. Very tiny bathroom. All that said....the staff was very polite and courteous!
