Hotel Staff

Pros: The location near a lagoon...fantastic
Cons: The Staff needs to be re-educated about customer service.
Location: Near night life, restaurants andshopping malls.
I had a problem with the staff. They are not attentive and not friendly. She kept swiping my credit card. They told me that my card declined the hotel payment.They ask me for another card. I called my credit card. The representative of my credit card told me that the hotel had charged me twice and it went thru. I went back down to the front desk and nobody knows anything. They did not apologize and was rude.

One night stay to be positioned for meeting.

Pros: view was very nice, particularly at sunset.
Cons: I would have enjoyed a different restaurant experience.
The entire stay was pleasant and purpose for staying was accomplished. Very pleased with overall stay.

Front Desk

Pros: The view and the lobby entrance with its Chihuly chandelier
Cons: Front desk staff communication skills
Hotel was being renovated and the front desk staff did not explain why there were no double / double rooms when that is what I had reserved. After a bit of bullish behavior on my part they did put us in a large corner room with a hide-a-bed which was made comfortable only after we took the feather comforter off the king bed, folded it in half and I slept on top of it. It could have been a better experience if the front desk staff had been forthcoming with a reason for the inconvenience.

Pros: clean and comfortable
Cons: Particular at check in time, they should have more than one agent and avoid lone waiting line
Location: didn't do much, just walk around the hotel
very good.... hotel should have more than one agent at the front desk before checkin time - long line , long wait before 3 PM check in

Pros: the appearance
Cons: staff friendliness, better service to the airport
Location: not close to anything. car or cab is necessary to get anywhere.
First of all, it took about 15-20 minutes just to check in (the desk clerk could not seem to find rooms for us!!!) Of course we had reservations. Despite this being a 4-star hotel, they did not have early morning shuttle service to the airport, which meant we paid an extra $50 for cab fare. I would not return.

It was Our 30th Wedding Anniversary. The Staff was wonderful. food was great. clean and well kept.
