Great place for a big familyPosted Dec 1, 2013
Stayed Thanksgiving evening and after a busy day loved the accommodations of two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms for our family with four kids. Well worth it!!

GREAT hotel for families.Posted Oct 11, 2013
Cons: Not always an employee at the front desk (but we never waited long).
Location: Chuck E Cheese, (Tanforan sp?)shopping mall, Red Robin, Chili's, Safeway, Target, Movie theater
I have a large family-4 kids-and we stayed in a 2 bdrm suite and had room to spare. We usually can't stay longer than 2 nights anywhere because my husband and I are exhausted from waking up all night sleeping near noisy kids. The Staybridge Suites solved that problem. We were all ready to move in permanently! Our room was inside the courtyard next to the bball court and pool areas. It was so convenient. The breakfast was varied and fresh each day. The business center was accessible and easy to use. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the drapes blacked out a room sufficiently. There's a TV in every room (3) so there was no fighting in the evenings when we were calming down. When outdoors, the airplanes can be loud, but none of us noticed that while inside buildings. It is convenient to restaurants, shopping, airport, dt San Francisco (7-8miles). San Bruno isn't exactly a beautiful area, but we felt safe and overall enjoyed our vacation very much based out of this hotel.

Nice facilities, excellent breakfast!Posted Oct 8, 2013
Pros: Breakfast, room size
Cons: House keeping needs to pay attention to the 'Do No Disturb' signs
Location: Very close to BART transportation and shopping center, few restaurants. Post office right next door for sending post cards, etc.
This hotel is very nice. It's basically a little apartment, with an equipped kitchen (microwave, sink, full-size fridge, dishwasher, etc.), a living room with a nice couch ottoman and chair and a tv. The bedroom is sealed off with a set of doors and includes a walk in closet right next to the bathroom. We loved the breakfast, the staff was very friendly, however they would constantly knock for house keeping, even though we had the signs up to not disturb. This needs to be sorted out, because it's very annoying. The beds are small, and only slightly comfortable. The size of the "Room" makes up for most of that, though.

Lovely hotel close to airport and easy to get to.Posted Oct 7, 2013
Pros: Loved the space for a family of 7. Beautifully appointed rooms and full kitchen.
Cons: For a hotel near the airport offering free hot breakfast, we think they should start it at 6am not 7.30. We missed out and hd been looking forward to
Loved our stay, wish is was longer. Staff on the first day were friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. We needed to leave the hotel at 6.30am and breaks was included in our package. We were disappointed that breakfast service doesn't begging until 7.30am. When you have a hotel near the airport I would suggest break at should begin at 5.30am. We left hungry and get an opportunity to eat until dinner time after a long flight. Other than that we loved our stay.

Excellent rooms at a good ratePosted Sep 27, 2013
Pros: Breakfast was amazing both days.
Great place to stay. Very comfortable rooms. Excellent free breakfast. The downsides are that the pool is very small, and planes flying overhead are not WAY too loud, but if you're a very light sleeper you may have a hard time with that.

suite hotelPosted Sep 24, 2013
we checked in close 4 am. FO Clerk was, in my opinion, unprofessional looking- shirt almost tucked out, and his hair was not appropriate. He was friendly but seemed uncomfortable in what he was doing. Room was very nice! Nicely appointed. Dishwashers was on the older side. Coffee maker could use a little cleaning. Time on both coffee maker and cd player in room were wrong. Breakfast was filling. Saturday bfast, there were no plates and utensils, this was almost 10 am. However, eggs were nice, in fact to perfectly beaten and the sausages were very good. Good variety of coffee and juices.

One of the best hotels I've been!Posted Sep 8, 2013
Pros: The location, interior design of the room, amenities and facilities looks very new.
Cons: Let the customer know that they will charge an insurance fee at time of check-in. I was surprise that they credited a 1 night rate on my card.
Location: It's very near on the BART transpo and on the san bruno town center everything is there.
My expectations on the hotel was absolutely met. My husband and I were very happy to book on this hotel, it made his birthday celebration awesome! It has everthing so you would feel the comfort that you're in your own home. Everything and every corner is clean, geat facilities and very nice renovation. We'll definitely come back here when we go to San Francisco again. =)

Location: Easy access to San Fran and other surrounding areas.
Feels homy when I was there. Nice decor. Looks like a condo with all the kitchen facilities. Great 2 bedroom enough space for 5 of us. Breakfast and 4 evening social meals per week , all complimentary. Free wine for people who want to drink.
