the size of a dorm room.

Posted Jul 31, 2015
The location is great - however, there's no air conditioning so you have to keep the window open. This makes it incredibly loud at night with the garbage trucks, music, and people yelling. The room is the size of a dorm room - no area to move around. There's literally 2 feet from the size of the bed to the wall, and less than a foot from the ends of the bed to the walls. It was not pleasant.

Very helpful friendly staff. Location great next to Union Square and cable car terminus. Rooms small but with everything you need. Good daily clean even with limited floor space due to our things!

Loud and Uncomfortable and Tiny

Posted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: The door man Joe was really great.
Cons: The beds, the blackout curtains, the sound protection and more towels and amenities to make up for the tiny room...
The Front Desk staff was very rude upon check-in. Our room was the size of a closet - which is to be expected in a city like San Fransisco- HOWEVER our bed should have at least been comfortable. It was like sleeping on a board. We could hear everything around us in the other rooms and the hallways. Their decor choice of placing blinds above the door meant that our room was filled with hallway light at night - which made it incredibly hard to sleep. Both nights it sounded like someone was loading a freight truck outside of our window in the alley. We got ZERO sleep and seriously feel we overpaid for such uncomfortable accommodations. We travel to San Fran often for Giants games. We wont be back to the Mosser hotel again...

少々残念

Posted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: ロケーション。ハウスキーパーの方たちがフレンドリー。
Cons:

tiny rooms, noisy, but good location

Posted Jul 23, 2015
Pros: location. super convenient, right off market, around the corner from Powell metro station. the coffee was very good.
Cons: noise, internet, shower, smell.
best thing about this hotel: location. after that, the hallways smell funky (its this weird plasticy smell ive noticed strangely in almost every hotel ive stayed in in SF!), the rooms are tiny, the bathroom was so small it was hard to move around, the shower spigot was so challenging to adjust i suspected it was broken, the internet was pathetically slow, there is only ONE elevator for the whole hotel and there is some business behind it that empties its dumpsters at all hours of the night.

We didn't expect the shared facilities; and as with shared facilities - it was sometime not that clean

Needed a last minute hotel, so decided to book this one... Big mistake. Small room, no air conditioning. Awkward sink outside the bathroom.. Had to keep the window open all night and hear the sounds of DT SF at 2 AM. Only good thing offered was wifi and cable TV. Ridiculous 47 dollar fee for valet parking... Rooms were definitely not "deluxe." 2/10 would not recommend for families.

Shared bathrooms were a surprise!

Posted Jul 14, 2015
One men and women bathroom on each floor, didn't seem to be a problem though it was one stall with the toilet no sink that freaked me out! You had to go back to your room and wash her hands then, the shower/tub was in a separate room if you needed them. No problem, just a surprise!

Hotel location was wonderful.

Posted Jul 14, 2015
Pros: Very quaint and so close to upscale shopping.
Cons: A little too noisey . They do provide ear plugs.
Location: Location couldn't be better. All public transportation a few steps away. Lots of place to dine, upscale stores, and also a Target down street.
Staff very courteous. Rooms are small but are okay for the time you are in them. Would stay again. Just a few steps away from cable cars and muni. Bart is also very close.
