Ame - Intimate L-shaped dining room with mesquite-wood floors and striking décor. New American, California-style cuisine with emphasis on fresh seafood, a sashimi bar, and raw treatments such as crudo, tartare, and carpaccio. Signature “red table” for eight guests. Vitrine - Light-filled, 74-seat restaurant on the fourth floor, with terrace seating available. Breakfast menu changes seasonally. Lunch menu changes daily.
