Nice Hotel close to SFO.

Nice Hotel a short drive from SFO. No Airline noise We had dinner in the Hotel restaurant and it was quite good!

Emergency stay because my mom got sick on the plane landing in SFO. Booking and hotel staff were super. Peaceful place for a harried treveller.

Pros: The room and bathroom were nice. The indoor pool was beautiful.
Cons: Include WiFi and parking.
Location: Great restaurant called "New England Lobster" within walking distance.
Nice hotel close to airport but not a bargain. Had to pay for WiFi and $23 a night to park. Would not stay here again for the price.

Did not like the fact there was a $23 charge for parking my rental vehicle overnight. I won't be staying there again. I have stayed at other hotels there and not had to pay for parking.

Pros: nice location
Cons: Cleanliness of the room. Even though that we are two people, we had only one robe. The elevator smell like an ashtray.

It was a very nice hotel

Pros: clean and comfortable
Cons: help with luggage, maybe carts or a porter ? signs to tell where the elevators are.
Location: close to the airport, which turned out to be great for us. our flight was delayed and we got on to another, but had to be at the airport in 30 mins !!
The hotel was nice. For the price, almost 400 for the room, I expected to at least have a cart to bring up my luggage, and possible a porter to help out. The check in desk never asked if we needed help with luggage. The also charged 23 to park our car for the night, which seems kind of odd to me. It was clean and comfortable.

Horrible Staff!

I asked to be moved to a different room per loud neighbors, took almost a half hour to do so, with no one calling me to let me know it was being worked on. I had to call to ask status... To sum it up the manager justin cooper made it seem like it was my fault for why I was upset and offered to only comp. my parking which was 23$. Will never stay here again

Easy commute to and from the airport and easy access to The Bart train for transportation into San Francisco.
