“Great location”
Above average room (on the 20th floor) in an outstanding location. Very helpful front desk and concierge service. No experience with hotel restaurant, but this hotel is five minutes from 50 outstanding restaurants. I am a frequent visitor to SF this was my favorite of the non-boutique large downtown properties I've stayed at.
“Westin Market Street”
I almost passed on the Westin Market Street, as I do not care for the Westin Union Square. I'm glad I didn't Great Stay, would highly recommend.
“Will definitely stay here again, you should too!”
At check in I had to drop bags in our 10th floor room and run to an event my friend and I were organizing. It wasn't until my friend and I returned to the room at 1:00 am that I noticed that it was a single king, and I had reserved a 2 queen room. Called the front desk and a staff member was at the door in less than 5 minutes with a key card for a new room and a bell cart to move with. Due to the error, the hotel upgraded us to a premium room on the 33rd floor, with spectacular city and bay views. The hotel ammenities were outstanding, and all of the staff we had interaction with were extrememely helpful and courteous. We were VERY happy we chose to spend a little more to stay at this hotel. Many of our friends attending the weekend event had chosen other nearby hotels with lower rates, and were NOT happy they had done so. Highly recommend the Westin Market!
“Best hotel for pets and people who love organic food”
We loved our exprience there although parking was $50 for overnight parking we found a garage next door for $20 a big bargain. Duca the restaurant at the hotel was fantastic serves organic food from local farms too. Also get there for happy hour best kept secret in the city $5.50 for any mixed drinks now that's a bargain. Also used the gym and they had the best equipment. Took our dog with us and we did not have to pay a deposit. Love this place.
“San Diego”
I'd been to San Francisco many times and knew the area I wanted to stay. The rooms were very nice and the service was quick. I choose the Westin whenever I can and they rarely let me down
“We pass on the word already and friends are planning a trip to San Francisco”
The moment we entered the hotel we felt welcomed. Everybody at reception was very helpful and actually offered an available room on a higher floor. The view was spectacular and the neighborhood had a lot to offer: museums, cinemas, restaurants and easy access to public transport.
“SOMA Style”
The Westin at Market Street combines style, convenience and great comfort. The staff was courteous and allowed us to check in early. Our rooms were spotless and very well appointed. Room service was prompt and the food was delicious. While this is not a 'view' hotel - the views are mostly of other buildings , it made for a wonderful stay in San Francisco.
“CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK”
WE HAD A GREAT WEEKEND IN S.F., WOULD LOVE TO GO BACK TO THE WESTIN ON MARKET, GREAT LOCATION WONDERFUL SLEEPING BEDS AS WELL
“Best place to stay in SanFrancisco!”
This hotel is incredible. Located right off Market you are within walking distance to all the good shopping and China Town. We even walked to the Warf from here with our kids. It was amazing. Also, if you have a dog that weighs 40 pounds or less, they are an amazing pet friendly hotel!
“Good location”
Good location along Market Street. Parking at the hotel is extra and can be pricey.
