“Good and fairly, close to airport”

The room was comfortable and pretty quiet, especially considering how close it is to the airport. The one problem I encountered was that I'd booked a non-smoking room, and was initially given a smoking room. When I went back to complain, I was told that the only non-smoking rooms still available were all two queens instead of one king, but at least the change was made without delay.

“Needs Improvement!”

I've stayed at this hotel many times in the past, but I believe it could use some renovation. The carpet in the room was very worn out. Also, I requested a smoking room, but after about 45min of my arrival, I decided to smoke, I noticed there wasn't any ash trays in my room. When I went to the front desk to possibly change rooms, the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and willing to make a change, but the woman at the front desk was somewhat argumentative and reluctant to make any changes at all. It's really too bad because I don't think I'll ever go back there again!

Area recommendations

I would still recommend the same area, just a different hotel. It's because it's in a neighborhood that offers the peace and quiet of the country, not far from the city!

“No one sleeps on those beds!”

They are backed write up against the freeway, so you have the noise of the traffic all night and day. The beds were incredibly stiff. You could feel every metal spring in the mattress. No one in my party sleep well while we were there.

“forgot”

a scary place, really really bad, never go there it feels seedy and dangerous, the old furniture was ripped the bathroom was damaged and smelled bad, the thin sheets were rough and I hope you warn people away from this place, so happy I was alone if my family had been with me we would have left at once and given up the money.

“Good hotel value near San Francisco Airport”

It's reasonably priced, easy to find from the northbound 101 freeway, clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet (for a location so close to a major airport). The hotel staff was very helpful.

“Not Impressed”

We were given a room that was far from the lobby and from the lounge room where the Continental Breakfast was being served from 6 am to 9m daily. We never made it to the Continental beakfast. The room had a strange, smelly odor which never disappeared even after we sprayed the whole palce with Febreeze, The telphone was not working. The room was cold and the heater was not giving any hot air to make the room comfortable. The room should have been inspected first to make sure that everything in there was working, before giving the roomn to us.

“Not impressed”

The hotel is so spread out over a large area--building 7 was a lon way away. My room needed an update badly. The TV did not work well-could not access any in-room movies. The telephones did not work and so did not get a wake-up call--someone came to my room at 3:45 AM and banged on my door as the wake-up call! The free breakfast was weak. However, I wa only there to sleep and it was a comparatively inexpensive motel. If my family had been along, I would have very dissatified!
